Comme indiqué, vous commettez d’énormes erreurs stratégiques :
1) pourquoi le site est-il uniquement en français ? 65% de tous les Belges parlent le néerlandais et non le français !!!! Rendre au moins possible un choix de langue (l'anglais si nécessaire car il est encore plus parlé en Belgique que le français). Parce que Bruxelles - la capitale est à 60% francophone, cela ne veut pas dire que tout le pays est comme ça.
2) J'avais un compte avec plus de 2000 points accumulés. Maintenant, j'ai dû créer un nouveau compte pour un compte FR et j'ai perdu tous les points. Ce n'est pas juste!!!!!!!!

The product was shipped very quickly, and the quality is excellent. Sizing was perfect.

As always, an excellent product that really helps to reduce swelling on my calves and ankles due to poor circulation. They were well priced, easy to order and the courier provided really good information on delivery status.

Product OK, process of ordering OK. But problems with delivery by DHL - too many (daily!) information per email and at the end even I was at home the delivery did not work! And second delivery the next day at a wrong time!

There are pluses and minuses:

Support stockings are good in respect of level of support. The exception - some sizes do not give enough space for the foot, causing toes to be squashed and by the end of the day in pain.
Shipment is well packed and arrives well on time.
Down sides - stockings are a bit pricy, add the shipment costs makes them quite pricey.
Color selection - availability of black is great, but more tan color would be good for us women of a tanned or darker skin, as fair tones are on an ashy side.

The average rating would be more of a 3.5 stars.
