I love reiwatakiya! They have adorable makeup items and skincare. I also visited their soho store and the staff were so friendly!

So happy there’s a place I can get all the Japanese product I love in London!! It’s a small shop but you get a variety of brands and products. Staff are also so helpful. The shop is also pink!! How cute

My best shopping at this Japanese cosmetic shop! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive without being pushy. Their thoughtful service is so impressed . I was unfamiliar with several of the Japanese beauty brands available, but one of the associates kindly took the time to introduce me to products that suited my skin type and preferences. She explained the ingredients, demonstrated how to use the items properly, and even shared helpful skincare tips. It was clear that the staff had deep knowledge about the products they carried. Thanks to their recommendations, I discovered a new brand that I absolutely love.

London has lots of Korean beauty stores, but Japanese beauty is surprisingly hard to find — which makes Reiwatakiya such a gem. They carry a fantastic range of Japanese skincare and makeup products. I’d love to see more Japanese haircare brands like Diane and &honey in the future, but overall the selection is impressive. Absolutely 10/10!

I’ve had a really positive experience shopping at REIWATAKIYA London. They have a great selection of Japanese and Korean beauty products, with a strong focus on Japanese skincare, which is what I was mainly looking for.
The products feel high quality and authentic, and everything I’ve tried so far has worked well for my skin. It’s also nice to see a store that carries many Japanese brands that are not easy to find elsewhere in the UK.
Ordering was straightforward, delivery was quick, and everything arrived well packaged. Overall, a reliable place to shop, and I would definitely buy from them again.

There’s a great selection of Japanese skincare products, and I was pleasantly surprised to find an authentic Japanese store in London. The atmosphere is very welcoming, warm, and beautifully presented, making it a lovely place to browse and shop.

Honestly it took me right back to shopping in Japan 🙏🏼 They pretty much have all the trending and viral products also the classics, so it’s super easy to find whatever is popular atm. The staff are friendly and helpful and the whole vibe feels just authentic. Deffo recommend if you miss Japanese beauty shopping!

What really stood out to me is that they are the only store in London stocking authentic SK-II, which is surprisingly hard to find in the UK. As someone who regularly uses Japanese skincare, it was reassuring to finally have a reliable local retailer rather than ordering from overseas.
Reiwatakiya all stuff let me feel knowledgeable, trustworthy, and thoughtfully curated — I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the UK looking for authentic Japanese skincare, especially SK-II.

Each time I've visited Japan I've brought back a bottle and a refill pack of this shower creme soap. I don't know why Nivea doesn't make it in the UK it would be an instant hit. I purchased several refill packs from Reiwatakiya and was very pleased to see they were exactly the same as the ones I brought back from Japan. A little goes a long way especially if you use a small sponge to wash in the shower.
I highly recommend the product and Reiwatakiya.
