The Brick Memory Mattress builds on the uncompromising strength of our original Brick design, introducing a comfort-led upgrade for sleepers who want firm, reliable support with a more forgiving surface feel. Engineered with the same high-performance pocket spring system, this extra firm mattress is ideal for bariatric users, back sleepers, and anyone who needs serious structural support, but prefers a touch of pressure relief at the top.
The key difference lies in the comfort layer. A generous 47 mm memory foam layer sits above the solid spring foundation, gently contouring to the body while maintaining the mattress’s unmistakably firm character. This foam helps reduce pressure at the shoulders and hips, improves weight distribution, and offers a smoother, less rigid initial feel, all without compromising spinal alignment or long-term stability. Sink-in is controlled and purposeful, providing comfort without loss of posture support.
At its core, The Brick extra firm memory mattress uses 1200 high-tension pocket springs that work independently to deliver consistent, edge-to-edge firmness and excellent motion control. Breathable side vents enhance airflow for temperature regulation and hygiene, making it suitable for demanding home use as well as professional care settings. For those who want the strength of The Brick with added surface comfort, this memory foam version delivers the best of both worlds.
