I felt so lost before I spoke to Pauline she gave me strength abs support.the treatment is finished still they check up on him and always there for us. I believe you saved my husband and our family life together. All of this was done in a private, caring and compassionate manner that put us all at ease in an otherwise very difficult situation. I’ve been a client of rehabs uk for the best part of 3 years now. My support worker Scott has quite literally saved my life. His persistence, knowledge, patience and general all round level of care is unbelievable. Not only did he help me find the rehab suitable but organised for me to get there, offered me support day in day out and even now 8 months on from me leaving he is still there every day. I could not have got where I am now without him. He goes above the ordinary requirements and I’m quite a crazy one that needs lots of help. With his support he’s not only helped an addict into recovery but he’s helped a mum (me) regain contact with her 3 beautiful children. Addiction is hard and so is recovery, but having amazing people back you makes the journey a hell of a lot easier

I did not have a good experience with Lester a member of this company. I felt very indoctrinated and controlled. I would not recommend this company!

That no one will put their faith in a company that states in their first few lines of alcohol addiction...the following to adlib 'If you have a problem then quite simply don't drink'
You couldn't even get anyone to click bait that uncaring, blunt nonsense and is surely a very poor way for a company to introduce themselves as.
A company that will ultimately fail & believe CBT is the only answer.
A service that I have experience of, in this will cost and provide no benefit!

Rehabsuk have a lot of treatment options and the staff is very helpful and supportive. They even have an ongoing support groups for family members. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

My brother has just finished a 10 day detox with Rehabsuk. He had been clean for 10 years so this relapse came as quite a shock to me. Rob has a flat, a job, friends but clearly something was lacking for him to pick up alcohol again. I feel so grateful and blessed that a home detox was an option. He was able to reach out and the support was there instantly. Scott and Paulene were so supportive, non judgemental, kind and caring and made this 10 day detox the best it could be. The doctor's initial assessment was comprehensive and empathetic, very much tailored to my brothers needs and background. The 4 x a day check ins were punctual, alleviating stress and anxiety, both mine and my brothers! Scott and Paulene made us feel that they were really there for us. The aftercare support is now on the go. Therapy, meetings, liason with his GP for blood tests and other after care are all being organised for my brother. I dont know what we would have done as a family without this wonderful service. It's reminded us that addiction is ongoing and just because someone seems to be fine on the outside and living their life clean and sober, life can just happen and turn everything upside down. When and if that happens, the support of Rehabsuk and people like Scott and Paulene is lifechanging. What they do is so important and I'm immensely grateful to them. My brother is going back to work tomorrow and is back on track thanks to their support. Thank you.

My son had had a drink problem for many years and ordinary rehab did not work for him. Rehabsuk suggested a residential programme, either in the UK or elsewhere. We decided that the Harmony programme in South Africa could be the best solution for him.
He was there from March to June 2024 and then went to live in the Netherlands where his brother lives. He continues to attend AA meetings there. He has his own flat and has a job that he enjoys. We are very hopeful that he has "turned the corner" and that the future is looking good for him. He is still in contact with Scott at rehabsuk who has been always there for us both. Thank you Scott!

I came across rehabsuk after constantly searching for help for my husband who is battling addiction, he would countless times refuse any sort of help and certainly wouldn't go into an inpatient rehab. Luckily this place offers outpatient treatment so hes able to continue work and home life what a saving grace this was as it was the only way I would him sorted. After months of battles he soon realised things had to change and finally took on Scott and the gang with weekly therapy sessions and courses, things are going so well that I couldn't be more happier , the business even offers friend and family groups for support 👍🏼 we still have a long way to go but feeling really positive about this

I have been with Rehabs UK for over 2 years. Initially for a Home Detox, later for Therapy and Rehab. Prior to this I had been an Alcoholic for 26 years. 

During this time I have had many ups and downs. The downs being mainly at the beginning. However I have received unwavering support during this time. The WhatsApp group has been invaluable for providing information and for connecting with others in Recovery right from the beginning of our journey. This group can also be used to alert the Counsellors that you are struggling and would appreciate talking to someone individually. Or asking to chat to someone else in Recovery on a 1 to 1 basis. It's not all serious though, there is also a lot of banter and jokes. After all we get better to have a happy life. 

The thing I have appreciated most has been the weekly Recovery group which has been vital in my recovery. The group is run by Jakana a highly trained Therapist, the members of the group are either in Recovery or making efforts to get into Recovery. The group discuss each other's progress, support each other's trials and tribulations and offer each other tips from our own experience. This group offers kindness, support and a genuine caring attitude towards each other mixed with a lot of laughter and for me laughter has definitely been the best medicine. I am now nearly 2 years sober, which in itself is a miracle and would never have happened without the support I have received.

We got to the point where we needed professional help. Our son asked to go somewhere to get the help he desperately wanted. Our first call was to Scott. He is the most amazing man. He gave us the confidence to let our son start a residential programme. Within two days our son had moved in and his progress is incredible. He has found his people. People who truly understand what he's going through. To have someone just listen and not judge. To share with people who are on the same joirney to recovery. The staff are truly awesome. Kind. Patient. Caring. Approachable. Non judgmental and understanding. Our son has made life long friends. He has a new family. He feels part of society again. The programme is working. Really working. Our son is 2 weeks in and the transformation is incredible already. Happy. Calm. Busy. Excited about his future. His accommodation is lovely and (apparently) so is the food.
The initial call is scary but the support is extended to family, if needed too.

This organisation has been absolutely incredible at looking after me at one of the most difficult times of my life. The staff member I've been dealing with is very dedicated and passionate about recovery. They were efficient at starting my treatment and the doctor was really friendly and professional. Thank you for everything. I'd recommend this to anyone struggling to access help through the local services as I was.
