If I could score this company zero stars then I would do.
The telephone representative was extremely rude - his name was 'Michael' although not sure how true that is! I have never experienced anything like it.
I wouldn't be surprised if this was a scam company - they slam you with fines if you try to dispute anything. Avoid at all costs - we have immediately switched supplier.

BEWARE - this company is a fraud .
they bill for metres they don`t supply and lie to ofgem.

My husband's company took over the gas supply for their building recently. When he took it over, he decided not to continue with this company, so requested a switch to a different company to coincide with him taking over the building, sending in the reading as expected. RegentGas objected to this switch, so the switch happened 1 month later, on 10th Oct.
Now the fun part: they invoiced him for incorrect dates, got offended when he questioned the invoice and queried that it could be a scam as they had set up an account for him without permission. WHen he provided evidence of the opening reading by supplying a bill from the new supplier, they called him a liar - when all he was doing was trying to sort the various issues out. They talked over him continually and eventually, caused him to have an autistic meltdown - which I am still dealing with, and will be for several more days. This has caused a huge amount of stress and anxiety for me, as well as him.

This company is rude, unpleasant, unprofessional, unscrupulous, disrespectful, impolite and all the other things that make you want to pull your teeth out with pliers. I'm not going to name the people we spoke to, but they really need some basic customer service training... autism awareness training would be beneficial - but they would have had to listen to us to be aware of that particular challenge... which they didn't.

Avoid at all costs - because it will cost you.

Exorbitant standing meter charges which sky rocket when out of contract, to be avoided like Covid-19.

We were placed with this company by an"energy Consultancy" Alpha Energy.The charges made for meter rental were punitive and it was impossible to contact the company directly.We have subsequently submitted a change of tennancy request which 1 month later has still not been dealt with.Customer service is unresponsive to any form of communication. I would not recommend anyone use this company.
