RegalStay is an amazing and wonderful place to stay if you would like to visit London. All services are perfect, the staff was incredibly helpful. You will love to be here, I really recommend this place.

The moment we entered there was a horrible damp smell and many things wrong with the bnb, things broken and dirty and a leak in the ceiling being collected through a bucket on the floor which was entirely left out of all photos. When attempting to get assistance and potential rehousing from not only the host but the airbnb team, we were met with very limited responses and long wait times which forced us to have to stay in the concerningly dirty flat. The area was lovely and all appliances worked well enough, however the dirt and everything else really stole the experience from us. L

We stayed here for work purposes. We found the house was a lovely, clean house with super comfy beds. the deco is super fun with lovely bright colours makes you feel right at home. Great location with local shops close by. Host super helpful. would 100% recommend and will diffidently be booking again :)

Loved the way the place was clean, smelling lovely, staff were very helpful, everyone was so kind and caring, our room was spotless and clean when me and my husband came back from a day out. Great service provided all together. Will definitely be staying here again in the future

The lever on the tape in the kitchen fell off and the bathroom taps are broken and move when turning them on.
Also the Couche was disgusting marks all over, cracked cup handle no backs on the controls
Mouldy pillow no cover on the ironing board and terrible step in the front room

It's clean and tiny. Staff were helpful and arranged extra cleaning when needed. I stayed for a month. It was a great experience

They don’t pay me for my work. I have screenshots to verify. They tell me to delete my reviews and then they will pay me🙃 avoid this company

Despite the accommodation claiming to be 'cleaned' our employees turned up on their first evening to blood on the duvet of an unkempt bed, dirty pots in sink, dirty socks left on chair, tobacco pouch left by previous person and, worst of all, BEDBUGS! Then Regalstay had the audacity to claim the place had been cleaned prior to us arriving! What a joke, they must think people are stupid to fall for their lies.
PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS AND TAKE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING TO SAVE YOURSELF BEING OUT OF POCKET BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET ANY SORT OF REFUND WHEN YOU COMPLAIN!!!!

I stayed in the regalstya serviced apartment in nelson road, it was few minutes away from airport.

The interior was cosy and clean.
Staffs were really helpful and helping me with everything I needed. Worth for the money
