Absolute con artists. Stole money from my wife's bank account without her consent. Bank is investigating. They are a fraudulent group of con artists.

Do not use this non existent company. They robbed my wife of£104 for a mobile phone. Also payed next day delivery. You can’t contact them in any way.

Zero stars from me absolute scam i bought an iPad Air which I could not log in to anything or download any apps after finally getting in touch with these scammers through wowcher they said send it back and they would replace it they have since said they haven’t received the parcel which was sent over a month ago and wowcher don’t care either why wowcher are still advertising and letting people spend there money on this absolute shambles of a company is beyond me STAY AWAY at all cost

Terrible experience and feel I have been scammed. I bought an iPad via Wowcher as a gift for my father. The iPad arrived late, no charger and is basically unusable as the software is too old to support any apps. Terrible communication from Refurbify and offered no solution. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I ordered a laptop which when it eventually arrived it came with no power supply or keyboard. I took it to a shop to try and get a charger when they told me it is pointless as it is broken anyway. I am in the process of trying to get a refund from Wowcher but I will still be around £30 out of pocket due to the postage and the return postage which apparently I am not getting back. This whole experience has been going on for over two month. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Also ordered Apple air Ipad on 2nd Dec 2024 with delivery stated 5th Dec. on the 6th told it had been dispatched, eventually turned up on 15th Dec, battery completely flat and no charger. Bought a charger to find the Ipad was too old to be supported by Apple and wasnt able to download the Apps I required. Communication from Refurbify was almost non existant especially after returning it and asking for refund. As for tracking the return Evri didnt recognise the return post code! However as I purchased it through Wowcher I put the onus on them to arrange the refund plus the cost of postage, a whopping £9.99. I am pleased to say Wowcher have stepped up and my refund has been arranged. I would not recommend Refurbify, also if you are having problems with any company it pays to be firm but polite, dont use bad language it just gets their back up.

Bought 2 Ipads through wowcher. Tested first one which was faulty and had to be returned . 2nd seemed fine until asked for password so now to be returned plus 2 very unhappy children.

I bought a iPad Air 1, did get worried at the start that it wasn’t gonna come but this gentlemen called me and explained and even upgraded me to a iPad 2, baring in mind it is Christmas and think people need to be a little more patient. It works amazing and in the best condition comes with a charger! Such an amazing deal.

Update:
After panicking, having read the other reviews and no correspondence. The company contacted me on Xmas eve and sent me a replacement ipad which arrived after Xmas. This one is working fine. Apparently there had been an issue with a huge load of ipads going missing and that caused an influx of emails, hence the delay. All sorted now.

Bought an A grade ipad. Can't get into it and no one is replying to the emails!
Hopefully they will reply to my multiple emails and it can be resolved.

After a little panic reading reviews and waiting for my order I finally received it today took longer than expected but just glad I have it now it works great!

SCAMMERS anyone who gets a chance report them they are literal scammers and Wowcher does not care at all. Ordered apple iPad Air on 6th December and got an email stating it be delivered by Royal Mail between 11-14th December no tracking still not received now 17th. So I’ve been bombarding Wowcher to try get an answer and all I got is scripted message about the contract is between you and the merchant, these merchants need reporting something literally needs to be done, It’s actual theft!!!

Terrible experience. Ordered an ipad through wowcher. Order said arrive on or before 11th december, 11th came and went, back to order and no updates just to email customer services. Emailed 3 times since the 11th and not a single reply. Have since read reviews and believe I will not get an update or my order. Absolute rubbish, no contact number to actually speak to someone.

Avoid at all costs, robbing people before Xmas its so unfair.

Not sure how I'm going to get my money back when no one replies to emails and wowcher just as bad.

Ordered and paid 20 November for ipad mini through wowcher can't get a reply from wowcher can't get a reply from refurbify their phone number constantly left off hook it looks like . My grandparents paid for this as a Xmas present and now are left disappointed and money down. AVOID.. REFURB' IFY BY NAME

Ordered iPad Air via Wowcher. It was supposed to arrive 5th December.. I’m still waiting for it to arrive (15th Dec).
I have tried to contact Refurbify and Wowcher but all I get is radio silence.
The company doesn’t even exist on ‘Companies House’!

Ordered two i pad airs from wowcher, not been delivered, unable to contact refurbify or wowcher, looks like I will be reporting to trading standards!

after raising a dispute with clearpay, mine turned up just in a cardboard envelope through royal mail after spending £9.99 on delivery!

Does this company even exist. Bought an Ipad for my wife's christmas via wowcher and this company. Said it would be delivered on 11th December. No delivery, no response to emails from me, cant contact wowcher. Tried my bank who cant do anything until 24th. Should have read these reviews before I even parted with money. Thanks for ruining my wife's christmas

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Ordered an iPad on the 29th of November paid extra .for "quick" delivery and was given the 3rd December as my delivery date. Nothing arrived so I emailed them on the 6th to be told it has been dispatched via royal mail and will arrive by 9-10th December. Still nothing. I have emailed a further 5 times, filled in an enquiry form on their website whatsapped wowcher and still nothing! Absolutely gutted as this was for my daughter and I was under the impression wowcher was a decent company and only used reputable merchants clearly not. I am trying to get my money back through my bank but I really would hate for this to happen to anyone else.
I am also making a complaint to trading standards regarding both refurbify AND wowcher. Stealing money in the midst of a cost of living crisis is just the lowest of the low

AVOID!!!!! Ordered 2 iPads on the 2nd Dec and paid £19.98 for express delivery for the 5th Dec. I have emailed refurbify and wowcher every day for updates - refurbify sent a reply email on the 6th Dec saying had been dispatched but no tracking provided but have ignored every other email sent! Wowcher keep telling me to wait for merchant to respond which is not existent and haven’t done anything to help rectify the situation! I am now going to report both companies to trading standards as they are nothing but SCAMMERS!!!!

Even one star is too much.

Ordered the iPad from wowcher on the 1st December, paid extra for the delivery to come on or before the 4th. It is now the 10th December and I have not received it, have sent multiple emails and have only received one silly response back saying

“I can confirm your order has been dispatched with Royal Mail.

Your order shall arrive between 9th - 10th December 2024.”

No tracking number was provided. I even emailed back to ask for a tracking number , no reply. It’s the 10th today and surprise surprise it hasn’t come and Royal Mail have already been.

Never again will I order from these guys or even Wowcher!!!
