Refund Pros Has Made Claim Recovery an Easy Process
We have used Refund Pros for about a year and a half and they have been so easy to work with. They have recovered for us funds that we have been trying to get back for a long time. They make the process seamless and they have great reporting. Most recently they helped us a dispute a huge walmart.com claim that the broker we were using couldn't figure out but they cracked the case! Highly recommend!

RefundPros reached out to our company and told us that Amazon possibly owes us a lot in refunds that they don't return automatically. They work entirely off commission on refunds they find, so it was an easy decision to take the chance. RefundPros has reclaimed over $15k for our company from our last 18 months of Amazon sales that we would've had no idea how to get ourselves. Their responsive staff and auditing expertise makes them an incredibly easy company to work with. If you are an Amazon seller and aren't sure if you're getting back all the refunds you are entitled to, I strongly recommend working with RefundPros!

Easy, Reliable Service
RefundPros has unlocked easy, no-fuss refunds. As the manufacturer and shipper of our own branded products, I used to have to "make up" invoices with another company for them to submit. This means creating them in Photoshop and then exporting one by one.
RefundPros offered to create them for us, and all I do is sign to acknowledge that it is all correct. It's saved me so much time. Plus, they actually catch discrepancies! Our other company was missing hundreds.
