The process got stuck on my photo - I have no idea if I'm being processed or not. Looks like a scam. as usual no means of contact with these people.
Thought the car guy would be involved with a better company than this.

By “enquiring” you are immediately assumed to be a client and engaging the solicitor. I had to then go through a lengthy process to immediately cancel my “instructions” . I will be watching from any signs of hidden charges that appear. I cancelled within an hour of getting my “welcome” email.
