Online Training and Nutrition with Dom
I started working with Dom during a particularly difficult time (going through a divorce).
I initially wanted some advice to help me get back on track with training and nutrition to give me something to focus on, however working with Dom has delivered so much more.
With my life situation coupled with work stresses, lack of sleep and ever changing locations I would have thought progress would have been limited or even borderline impossible.
However with Dom's help I've managed to improve my nutrition and training, make significant physique improvements (to the point of receiving comments from friends on holiday), feel fitter and healthier and really develop a plan to achieve this "in real life" - when things are far from perfect.
Dom has also worked hard to adapt to my long list of injuries (not easy - 40 years old and a history of sports injuries). There was no cookie cutter routine - my program was adapted to the various gyms I use when travelling, while working around injury limitations.
He has made the program and nutrition work for me and my needs.
Finally Dom's understanding of life's difficulties (far beyond his years) has been an additional benefit I didn't foresee.
He's helped keep me on track as life has thrown curveballs which has been fundamental in not only my physique and health goals but my general wellbeing - being able to adapt and continue to improve has really helped me.
I genuinely cannot recommend Dom enough. If you are looking to get in shape, feel better and really understand your nutrition, health and lifestyle, and to progress to your goals in an efficient, achievable and sustainable way, Dom is your guy.

Dom has been my Personal Trainer for over 5 years.
I am a 43 year old airline pilot so naturally spend a lot of time away.
The online support Dom offers means I always know what I have to do on any given day at any location in the world.
Before I met Dom I would target doing 3 training sessions a week, but more often than not I would dishearteningly only end up doing just 1.
Having Doms support has resulted in me averaging 3.3 weights sessions a week (I started accurately recording this over the last 1.5 years).
Dom understands that the reality of being a human means life and moods affect us and so not every day is going to be a day to set new personal bests.
Dom is extremely good at adapting programs to get the absolute best out of you during any particular period of time.
Thus ensuring you are always reaching your full potential.
Dom manages to do this because of the combination of his years of experience, deep technical knowledge and natural people skills.
He can therefore predict if I am busy travelling or I am going through a stressful period and adapts my program accordingly.
Personally this realistic approach has helped me to show up ‘rain or shine’ knowing I will always do the best session possible, even if I am feeling tired or generally having a bad day.
This has been the key for me as it means I maintain momentum and consistency!
The result of this, is having the feeling of being pleased with myself results and proud of myself!…the opposite to the self image and results I experienced before I met Dom.

I’m 53 and joined Dom’s programme in January. I’d been struggling with some injuries and knew I needed some strength training to help the healing and protect against future injuries. I also wanted to lose weight, feel better about myself and have more energy when spending time with my children. We discussed my goals and how to achieve them, along with how to make small changes to my diet and cut out bad habits (sugar and snacking). When I first spoke with Dom I felt the goals were unrealistic and had no hope of getting there. Once I started the program and felt better about my body and followed what he said, not only did the weight come off, but I felt better and started achieving the goals. I’ve gone from struggling to run and maintain a pace to running a half marathon in 1:47 and a 5k in 22:11, smashing the goals I’d set. Only with some major achievements on triathlons at Olympic and Sprint distances. I’ve also steadily lost 11kg in 4 months in a controlled way.

I have been working with Dom through the online coaching programme for around 18 months now and have been extremely impressed with the assistance he has given me in this time to get in the best shape I have ever been in. Previously I used to go to the gym but never had a real structure to my training and never saw any results. Since working with Dom he has given me the support I need with workouts as well as changing my whole mindset when it comes to how I work out and the diet I have which has seen me lose weight and put on muscle.
