Rebecca is the ultimate professional medical refexologist. She identified my physical issues wothout me telling her where my niggles were. A couple of quite intense sessions re balanced me and i walked out of the room feeling taller and the brain fog and 50 years of stress melted away and i am now ready to enjpy my retirement.

I started seeing Rebecca for reflexology a few months after experiencing a pregnancy loss. After my loss, I really hoped to conceive again, so I wanted to support my body as my cycles returned and hopefully start ovulating regularly again. At the same time, I was struggling emotionally and looking for something that could also support my mental wellbeing.

From the very first session, she created such a calm, supportive and safe environment. Her treatments were incredibly relaxing and became something I really looked forward to each time. These sessions really helped me slow down and feel more balanced during a very difficult period.

Over the months my cycles settled and I started ovulating again, and I’m now pregnant. I truly believe the reflexology played a positive role in supporting both my mental wellbeing and my hormonal balance during that time.

I have been suffering with numbness in my feet for a few years following a serious illness which was causing problems walking any distance.
A leaflet for Reflexologyinsussex was dropped through my door and after reading through it I booked an appointment. The initial plan was a 6 week course of treatment.
I was amazed with the result from the first session and after 6 sessions the numbness in my feet had dispersed by about 90% which has greatly improved my walking.
I do go back for a top up session every 6 weeks or so which works wonders.
I highly recommend Reflexologyinsussex.

I went to see Rebecca for reflexology to try to aid in turning my breech baby at 35weeks pregnant. I had 3 session in total and after each session, a few hour later I had some very strong movements from baby and discovered on a scan that she had in fact turned half way but unfortunately she couldn’t turn any further due to other reasons. Myself and my husband truly feel that my sessions with Rebecca were the most impactful and we would recommend this treatment for anyone with similar issues and for general maternal health. Rebecca was also incredibly friendly and showed genuine interest and compassion in my progress and welfare both during and after treatments.

I went to see Rebecca after my wife had been to see her,and I could see a improvement that Rebecca was having on my wife,so I decided to make a appointment as I was having trouble with my left foot. And noticed after the first treatment what a improvement she had started to make,after 4 visits my confidence had returned when I went walking.
