The customer service was excellent, it initially said the order went threw right after but i didn’t get a confirmation email so i was a little worried, so i sent them a email and got a reply in no less then 30 minutes from a super nice gentleman giving me all the information i asked for.

This FT3 Pro was significantly heavier than the other two identical FT3?pro sticks I already had- kind of odd, And, yea, it was Cut to same length made me suspicious as to what stick this was actually under the wrap?
