reeder.com.tr company breaks the solid product in order not to give warranty support
The touch on the top left of the screen of the new product I bought was not working. I called and they asked me to send it. I sent. but they said that the product was broken from an area even lower than the part I complained about.
it wasn't broken. And it's broken far below where I'm complaining about. What I was complaining about was very different.
They broke it themselves so it wasn't covered under warranty. And they asked for a fee.
While describing the situation, I tried to paint the non-printing part of the screen. While other parts could be painted, the defective part could not be painted. You will see it in the attachments. but the area that the firm has broken is much larger. I think they should scam with smarter staff. it was so obvious and they were disgraced.
