Been with RedSwitches for a while now…
Been with RedSwitches for a while now for our VPN operations. Network has been rock solid.
They've got Tier 1 carriers like Arelion, GTT, and TATA and the peering is well set up through their L2 carriers. Zero complaints on performance.
The thing I appreciate most is how accessible their support is.
We just ping them on Telegram and they sort things out quickly.
Had a couple of routing issues in the past and they rerouted traffic for us on the spot without any fuss.
Prices are really competitive. One of the best in the market for what they delivery.
Would recommend to anyone who needs serious network infrastructure …

Exactly what we were looking for
We were searching for a truly reliable and stable hosting provider with maximum uptime and a powerful network infrastructure to ensure the lowest possible latency. RedSwitches not only met but exceeded our expectations.
The server stability is outstanding — even under heavy loads, performance remains consistently high with no slowdowns. The network connectivity is exceptionally stable, with ample bandwidth to handle any workload.
On top of that, the support team is highly responsive and resolves any issues quickly, efficiently, and almost in real time.

Disgusting hosting without support
I purchased a server, but due to a long delay in installation, I requested a refund. The support team on the website has been making endless promises to resolve the issue, but they have not followed through. I have been waiting for several days for a response to my ticket. I do not recommend using their services to anyone.
p.s. After I wrote a review, they returned the money to my site balance. When I asked to return the money to my wallet, I was refused.

Here's some context for anyone reading.
This order was placed on Christmas Day (25th December) for a server with a stated 5-day delivery window. Like most companies, our sales, billing, and administrative teams were on scheduled holiday leave.
Only technical emergency staff were available during this period and they do not have the authority to process sales or billing queries.
Even though the client was rude and aggressive towards our staff, New server orders are not emergencies, and we were not willing to pull our team away from their holidays to expedite one. The delivery timeline communicated at the time of purchase remained unchanged.
We're sorry the holiday timing wasn't ideal, but we stand by our team's right to their time off.

It's a scam company. Provided different location (it's should be 3x times cheaper) of the server and support ticketing system is not working.

Switches to them
I have worked with OVH and Contabo in the past, but RedSwitches hit a better balance of price vs. support. Not the cheapest, but I get better performance and faster help. Worth it it you care about reliability.
