I recently had a 2 day Photoshop / InDesign course with Tony. I thoroughly enjoyed my training. Tony was really patient when going through everything, he was enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
Anything I was a bit uncertain of at first, he would go through again very clearly to make sure I understood it.

Tony would give examples of what I can use depending on the material I wanted to produce, which was really helpful. I have come away feeling so much more confident with the software and feel I can produce a lot more from the skills I have gained from the course.

And also, arranging a suitable date with Ally beforehand was so easy and her responses are always so quick and informative! I would definitely recommend Red Rocket Studio! :)

I'd been thinking about doing an InDesign course for a long time, but kept putting it off due to other commitments. So, during lockdown I decided enough was enough and that now was the time to do a bit of personal development.

I researched a few companies before deciding on Red Rocket Studio, and what attracted me most to them was Ally's quick response to my questions about the course and her helpfulness in creating a course that was customised to my needs.

My two x half day course was a pleasure from start to finish. Tim was informative and patient, and went at exactly the right pace for me as a complete beginner. I completed the course feeling very confident about my new InDesign skills.

I had a 2 x 1/2 day training with Tony and he was brilliant! So patient, kind and enthusiastic and he made me feel comfortable with the InDesign software right from the beginning. I had been slightly nervous to complete the training via zoom but actually, it was excellent and really made no difference compared to being there in person. Liaising with Ally before/after couldn't have been easier and I would highly recommend Red Rocket Studio to all! Thank you for making it such a breeze.

I recently completed a 2 day InDesign course with Tim. The course was great and so was Tim.
I had a small understanding of the program before the course but Tim took us right from the start so that even someone who has never used InDesign before could follow along.
The course was broken up well so that there was plenty of opportunities to action the points you had learnt.
I feel much more confident working on InDesign now and am looking forward to creating some amazing art work and designs for the company I work for.
I would recommend Red Rocket to anyone looking for training on Adobe software.

Myself and five other colleagues have recently completed a 2 day course on In-Design with Paul, whom was an amazing trainer. Paul was very knowledgeable about the software and when teaching, explained everything very well whilst catering for all abilities within the group.

We experienced some Zoom issues, not at the fault of Paul but again he dealt with any complications very well. The course as a whole was well organised and enjoyable while learning new skills.

I personally had seen some features previously in Photoshop but still learnt a lot of new skills and tips/shortcuts to improve the way I work. I believe we all feel confident to complete all the basic tasks within In-Design that were covered in the 2 day course.

Ally was also a great help keeping us up to date and informed about the course details as well as Post Course care. We would definitely recommend Red Rocket Studio and the In-Design Course.

I completed an intro to photoshop 1 day course with Tony, who was so helpful and informative. He explained everything really well and enabled me to work at my own pace.

I didn’t really know what to expect from this course or if it would be worth it (if I could just watch a video online) however, I honestly learnt so much (E.g tips and shortcuts) as well as, making errors which Tony helped me understand how to fix. This would have not been possible had I watched a video and would have probably taken me much more time and effort to figure out how to work/ fix errors. Plus I’m quite lazy so it’s good to do this all in one day/ have someone one to one teach you. Tony also gave examples of using / how I would use photoshop in my chosen work field - which was really helpful/ engaging.

Ally was so helpful in finding a day that suited me to complete the course (which had to be a weekend as I work during the week), this flexibility really helped me out and is one of the reasons I chose this course.

I also feel the prices given for this course reflect the time and effort this is put in as you are also given notes to take away and 1 year post support.

I am so happy I have now learnt a new skill that will hopefully add to my cv/ allow me to have further job prospects in my chosen area - thank you!!

I was a bit daunted to go on an InDesign course. I had been told not to touch any Adobe files under any circumstances in the past and when I had under duress tampered with InDesign files, they did indeed go wrong.

Tim was a great teacher. He adapted his teaching to suit my specific needs, I had 1-2-1 coaching. He went over things in a measured and consistent way. I felt quite brave at the end of my training and got tinkering right away with great results.

I was recently trained by Tim in InDesign on a one to one basis over 2 days in my office. As a complete novice, I really felt at ease with the speed at which Tim taught me. His teaching method is clear & concise and I enjoyed it very much. Tim knows his subject very well, and I would not hesitate to highly recommend both him, and Red Rocket Studio. I had a couple of queries beforehand, and Alyson answered them really quickly. Thank you both.

We used Red Rocket Studio to train two groups on InDesign. The whole team really enjoyed each session; Tim was extremely clear and informative, demonstrating how to use the programme with great tips on shortcuts and what to do if you accidentally click the wrong buttons / make mistakes (which can be a big fear!). He trained at the perfect pace, giving everyone the chance to practise each step. We all feel much more confident using InDesign now.

We were very pleased with and thoroughly enjoyed the training that Tim provided, it was tailored to our needs and will give us the flexibility to create dynamic documents going forward. We would definitely recommend Red Rocket and look forward to more training in the future.

Tim arrived at my place of work and was incredibly flexible with the start and end time as well and pace of learning throughout the day. The whole session was tailored to exactly what I wanted to learn and he went through everything patiently and with great knowledge. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and the handy booklet and ongoing support will be so valuable with any questions.

Can’t recommend Red Rocket Studio enough. We were extremely pleased with the training, its always a concern the trainer could end up being a total waste of time and money - not in this case!
The time was well spent, the training covered our own company material. Tim is very knowledgeable and covered everything we required, plus he provided some simple design advice for our documents. Plus, it’s good to know we have 1 year post course support included in the cost.

Red Rocket Studios were fantastic from start to finish. Being able to speak to a trainer before booking was reassuring that we were going to be trained in an effective and efficient way that was suitable to our needs. Paul, our trainer was extremely clear and structured the day around what we wanted to learn. Being able to set up an Indesign document properly from the start makes such a difference to the quality of the design.

Your training and trainer (Tim) was great. Thank you for coming out and being so accommodating. I was shown different ways of doing things in Indesign and plenty of shortcuts. Felt comfortable to ask questions and felt supported throughout.
What I like the most about Red Rocket is that even after the training you guys are very supportive.
Ally, you have been amazing with your replies and support you have provided so far.

My one suggestion would be to update the training book slightly, but i understand that isn't always easy as all clients have different needs and you need something that caters to all.

Really enjoyed the training by Tim. It was well paced and covered enough of the features/functions without saturating us with too much extraneous information. Got a real buzz discovering some really cool tecniques and quite a few pennies dropped by the time the training was done. Thank you very much!!!

I've now completed Photoshop for beginners and InDesign for beginners after having no previous experience with either of these programmes.

Both training sessions were excellent, I've been left feeling confident with both programmes and training manuals I can refer back to if I need to.

Tim's training style is very effective - showing us how each of the tools worked, and then giving us the freedom to play around with the tools ourselves with his guidance if needed.

I couldn't wait to get back to the office and start working on some creations.

Tim & Ally really know their stuff and I learnt a huge amount in 2 days, their teaching style is also sensitive with just the right amount of humour.
Being self-taught on Adobe CC I was apprehensive about undergoing any training with not knowing at exactly what level I was. I need not have worried as Tim & Ally quickly assessed my abilities and instantly adjusted their teaching accordingly. I especially enjoyed learning how to make road maps in illustrator and felt a great sense of achievement when mastering the pen tool. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to progress in Adobe CC or photography and can't wait for my next course with them.
