Great experience. We just leave the bags by the front door. Convenient as we don't have to be home. Works well for us as we're currently decluttering ready for a big move.

We had a hoard of fantastic , well looked after clothes to donate and having used this amazing service before it was the first place we thought of.
You can chose what charity benefits but we chose all. You get updates, timings and arrival of pick up and everything is done for you.
As a carer this meant taking the pressure off my shoulders and helping others.
