Company is very good. They communicate well and offer fair prices. The only negative I found was understanding payment instructions. Acceptance of offer has to be done by reply email and not on their web portal.

My gamble paid off in the amount of $391.54 for 10.23 grams of 14k gold. I seriously doubt that I could have got ½ that much from a local buyer and just to top it off, the entire transaction only took a few days without any fees; not even shipping costs. I’m usually not lucky in gambling but this time, I can only wish I had more gold to sell them. I usually don’t give recommendations or opinions on any of my business dealings, whether good or bad, but this was so exceptional, I’m making an exception this time. reDollar is legit and in my opinion, the best place to sell precious metals and gems. They are the “real deal.”

I have been a customer of reDollar for about three years on and off. Recently I decided to try another very large gold purchasing company just for comparison. Horrible decision! Not only was their offer less than half of value, but when I turned it down and requested my items back, they STOLE the largest item from my lot. They later admitted it was in their original receipt video but refused to compensate me for it. I will not stray from reDollar again. Their team is honest, responsive and professional.
