Red Lion removals moved us yesterday from Bristol to Llandrindod Wells. We had poor build up to the move with delays on all sides and the saving grace was the professionalism, patience, skills and kindness from the staff at Red Lion removals. Cristian, Vali, Mihai and Catalin well so hard-working they amazed us. They not only moved us but they packed up our entire house at such great speed and with such skill, we were so relieved that we had chosen Red Lion. Despite delays Adrian was unfailingly helpful and his team are an absolute credit to him. We are very happy to recommend this excellent company and thank you again Cristian.

Red Lion handled my move from Batheaston to Corsham. They were prompt, worked blooming hard all day and went above and beyond to get the job done. The three man team were absolutely superb and made my move go incredibly smoothly. I cannot recommend them enough!

I was absolutely thrilled with the job Red Lion Removals did for my move from London to Cardiff. They were responsive and helpful at all times, and the movers on the day were all lovely and did such a good job. Parking was problematic in London but they found a solution and loaded up quickly and efficiently, even helping me clear out some last items of rubbish and load up my own stuff into my car. At the other end in Cardiff, they diligently carried all my furniture and boxes up 3 flights of stairs in blazing 27 degree heat and made sure everything was in the right place and that I was happy with the job before they left. I cannot thank them enough for making a long-distance move so much easier, and I definitely recommend them!

I have moved 28 times all around the world because of my husband’s work & August 21st was my 29th move! Red Lion were my best experience ever by a long way. The price was also very competitive.
Padding was attached to my front door with Velcro which I’ve never had before.
My grandmothers very old fragile glass cabinet was wrapped in a black cling film. My oak bookcases were also wrapped & all arrived with no damage. My very very heavy huge oak dining room table was no problem to them.
My bikes were padlocked together & to the shed floor but the two guys didn’t panic and were able to sort it! I was amazed! Nothing was too difficult for them. They were very confident helpful guys & I cannot sing their praises enough! It was a warm hot day but they slogged away until the move was completed.
All my kit arrived safely at its destination with nothing missing!
Communication with the office was by email which was always very promptly answered.
Thank you so much & I will definitely be using you again to do my next move to New Zealand.

I have moved house several times but the service from Red Lion was exceptional. Furniture was wrapped, nothing was damaged, and the gentlemen who loaded and unloaded were efficient, courteous and seemingly tireless - they loaded up at 7:30 am, drove from South Wales to Scotland, arriving around 5:30, then unloaded everything before setting off down south. Congratulations to a truly wonderful business, and I wish you a successful future.

I used Red Lion Removals in August 2020 to move within Bristol. Alex was brilliant from the very start and outlined exactly what to expect and gave competitive quote. This was my first time using a removal company and had carried out a lot of research and quotations to ensure I got the best. This all paid off as Red Lion Removals are the best of the best. Their price was competitive and no surprise costs at the end. Their customer service was one of the best customer service I have ever received, I make most contact via email and they always responded quickly answering all of my questions. We had four people to do the move on the day and each of them were unbelievably superb. They made us feel comfortable, reassuring me often as I was worried that our stuff wasn’t going to fit! They helped us in every way possible, they even managed to get our fridge freezer into the house when it looked like it was going to be impossible. Very helpful and responsive office team, carried out our estimate over WhatsApp which worked great for us. Friendly, polite guys for the move who were very careful, strong and efficient. Got everything loaded up super quick, and unloaded to our new property all before 3pm! Even dismantled and rebuilt our beds within that time! I used Red Lion to move from a flat in London to Cardiff and they were extremely helpful throughout the quote and moving. They even visited the slightly tricky access road for the Cardiff house before hand to make sure they could do the job. Very competitive pricing and swift, really nice movers on the day.
