I felt a bit nervous buying sunglasses online because I worry about the authenticy of the item, the Ray Bans I wanted were £85 when locally from the high street they are £125. About 30 minutes after I ordered the glasses I received a promo code for an extra 15% off, gutted that I'd missed the boat I emailed redhot and within 5 minutes I had the 15% difference credited to my PayPal account!!! This was so fantastic! When the glasses came I couldn't have been happier, I literally received them within 24 hours of ordering and they are perfect. I am so pleased that I will be buying the same pair in a different colour!!! Thanks very much 😊

Having purchased a number of pairs of Oakley and Ray Ban sunglasses over the last 18 months I have always been more than happy with their brilliant service.
Web site is great and easy to navigate, delivery times are good, packaging is excellent, and on the one occasion when things went slightly Pete Tong (that's technology for you), it was sorted efficiently and quickly, with some good natured interaction, and I was very satisfied. This is how a web based retailer should operate, and some others would do well to learn from their expertise.
Oh, forgot to mention the price....they are consistently the cheapest in my opinion. Keep up the superb standards. I would highly recommend them.

Awesome service ordered at 2 p.m. Received next morning at 9 a.m. best price anywhere for my Oakley Frogskins and Oakley Radarlocks polarized.They even email when the delivery time with a hour time frame.

I've used this company twice and had the same experience both times- I've ordered and paid for the sunglasses I wanted on both occasions only to be told a day or two later that they aren't in stock despite the money having left my account.

There's obviously a problem in this area and needs to be monitored more carefully.

Having said that there is a good range of sunglasses, and you can use student discount on items that aren't in the sale.

Came very next day and no postage charge, can't get better than that!
