I was impressed with the customer service I received from Red Hot Sunglasses. They are helpful and the response time is fast.
I bought Ray Ban New Wayfarer which is great and fits well on my high cheekboned face. But only problem is the uneven arms. I don't know if it is usual by Ray Ban sunglasses or it is a manufacturer's defect. Would the manufacturer warranty cover uneven arm adjustment?

Eventually, I would totally recommend Red Hot Sunglasses.

After an hour or two of researching the glasses (Ray Ban Justin) I was interested in buying, I then had the difficult decision of where to buy from.

I clicked on various sites listed on Google's first page of results and encountered various things that put me off purchasing from any retailer thus far, such as:

Badly designed, amateurish looking websites, less than favorable reviews from past customers, expensive delivery, stock not based in the UK, out of stock etc...

By this point I'd I was about to call it a day but somehow stumbled across Red Hot Sunglasses on a final scan of the search results.

Their website was easy to navigate, they had the glasses in-stock, offered free delivery and had very positive reviews on third-party review sites. Although their price wasn't the cheapest I'd found, it was very reasonable (£81). I'm not tight with my money by any means, but I'll always try and find a good deal online if possible, so thought I'd try my luck and see if any valid discount codes were out there on the 'net. There were! 10% off, so another £8 saved in a matter of minutes.

I opted for the 'free standard delivery' (2-3 days) and much to my surprise my order arrived the next day! The glasses were delivered by DPD who were excellent. Be sure to check out their amazing tracking features - you can actually see where your delivery driver is on a map, what number delivery you are in the queue and approximately how long they'll be. 'Jason' was ringing the doorbell slap-bang in the middle of the one hour window DPD had emailed first thing in the morning. Amazing stuff!

Communication was spot on throughout. Faultless.

Don't normally feel compelled to write reviews, but I was so impressed by the service I received and the excellent value, it almost felt rude not to! haha

Before i talk about my purchase i would just like to say this company sells genuine Ray Ban glasses. I was concerned that because the price was quite cheap the company may be a rip off. Following some enquiries and although not the cheapest on the internet, definately real company.
Good communication, kept you in the loop re delivery. i live on the Isle of Man and the delivery was still very fast, packaged well and exactly as descibed.

I bought my sunglasses almost a year ago and all was smooth. I have since had some problems with my Gucci glasses losing a part. I emailed Red Hot Sunglasses who arranged a return and although they struggled to get the parts, eventually replacing them completely, they kept me informed all the way through the process. Even got some chocolates due to the delays - great company to deal with - buy with confidence.

I was sent the wrong pair of glasses initially but the fault was quickly corrected and had the right pair a few days later.
