Rennert was brilliant - I needed to cancel my booking due to personal reasons and feared this would be a challenge as it was a holiday I had received as a voucher. I didn’t think I’d be able to rebook yet Rennert was SO HELPFUL and kept me updated every step to ensure I my trip was cancelled and I can still use the portal to rebook. Brilliant support!

The process to activate Reedem vacation was extremely easy. Once process was completed an activation email was received. Click link and sign in. Select dates and available hotels are listed. Once hotel selected complete whomever will be in the room and submit. Confirmation message provided. Once you arrive at hotel provide confirmation information and the hotel checks you in. Very easy!

We spent five wonderful and unforgettable days together in Venice and sincerely thank you for the pleasant stay at Hotel Amadeus. The hotel has a very convenient location close to the train station and the canals, which made our trip easy and comfortable. Breakfast was good, though we would have appreciated a slightly wider selection. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again.

We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Redeem Vacations for the opportunity to travel with such comfort. It was very reassuring to feel their support and readiness to assist at any time. Everything was organized clearly and transparently, so our trip went smoothly and without any difficulties.

We were so pleased with Redeem Vacations. Would definitely use them again. Stayed in a quiet motel with the best service.

Was a little nervous but it all worked out great. It was a little hard to get the right dates but once we did the process was easy.

We were fortunate to recieve a Redeem Vacations offer for three nights with our small dogs in Branson, Missouri. Redeem Vacations provided a stay at the wonderful Best Western Music Capitol. The welcoming staff in the large, comfortable lobby reviewed their clear pet policy and directed us to a quiet, ground floor, pet friendly room.

The stay was great! We were close to all of the entertainment we went to Branson for, and the provided breakfast had waffles, pancakes, meats, potatoes, biscuits 'n gravy, scrambled eggs a pot of oatmeal, yogurt and several toppings, with a full array of beverages and other breakfast fare. It was better than most. An attentive and friendly attendant made sure it was replenished and clean.

We were pleased that this room had had hard floors, and absolutely no trace that pets had been in the room previously. This room had easy access to nice area with picnic tables and cornhole boards. There was even a disposal station with poop bags for our dogs!

We couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you, Redeem Vacations, for this experience!

The hotel options were safe, customer service cleared up any confusion I has beforehand and they were transparent about all potential fees. I would recommend them to anyone trying to travel for less.

I had a very disappointing experience with Redeem Vacations.

My booking was affected by an external situation that made travel unsafe. I contacted the company not to cancel arbitrarily, but to request a reasonable solution such as rescheduling or an alternative option.

Instead of providing support, the company proceeded with cancellation without my clear final consent and has since failed to offer any concrete resolution.

For several days, I have only received generic responses like “we are waiting for the hotel” without any timelines, guarantees, or accountability from their side.

As a customer, I find it unacceptable that a service provider does not take responsibility and shifts everything to a third party, while leaving the client without a clear outcome.

I expected a professional and customer-oriented approach, but unfortunately, this was not the case.

I hope the company will reconsider its approach to customer support and responsibility.
