Great experience with Redcoat, extremely professional staff, I opted for the door to door service and I’m expecting my goods to arrive in Banjul the Gambia at the end of June.

I've been using Redcoat to send things between The Gambia and UK for a couple of years now and I've always been so impressed with the service - particularly Kiana's customer service! Prices are really reasonable, delivery times are good, and the team make all the processes smooth and customer friendly. I especially like the personal touch to the communication - it's so easy to check in and make sure everything is on track.

We used to send via the global players. They are so poor and unreliable. Redcoat Express are so efficient because firstly the quality of staff in the UK and also and importantly in The Gambia. Their supply chain is tried and tested and in Gambia they appear to work harmoniously with Gambian Customs. When the item arrives in Gambia a call is received to collect or you can arrange at minimal cost a drop off. It’s all wonderfully seamless.

I've been occasionally using REDCOAT for years! ??About 20 years, now?? Usually to air-freight my luggage excesses but I think the company has really improved over the past few years, which is unfortunately not always the trend! Thank you for 'bucking the trend' and really helping our little charity home-school (52 children presently) by giving us sound, trust-worthy, advice this week and making it possible to ship our boxes rather than air-freight them! Maybe not as great a business for the company, but the money it saved us will buy a lot of school-stuff for the children here in Gambia, so we are really grateful to y'all!! It's like you gave us a large donation for the school, we just have to wait for our boxes for another few weeks!! We can happily do that as we are sure they will arrive safely! Our charity, The Gambia Horse and Donkey Trust, have used Redcoats for 21 years. In that time we haven't lost anything, the staff in both Crawley and The Gambia have been very helpful and friendly and the prices have been reasonable. We make a lot of shipments.
