Incompetent customer service, not able to reply to email in 5 weeks?!?!?!

Absolutely stay away. I have been stuck on 33 points for over a year. Surveys just don’t come in or when they do you spend 5 minutes filling in all the information just for them to tell you that you’re not eligible. Absolutely impossible to reach 50 which means you’re just volunteering your time. Absolutely abysmal customer service too - weeks to get an uninterested reply. I wish I’d known it was this awful before wasting my time.

Total scam I have done a number of surveys and it said I have no earnings

I spent half an hour doing survey and they disqualified me for one mistake. It takes ages to reach 50 euros as they keep turning me down for surveys. Maybe my date of birth has something to do with that. A lot of ageism around.

Waste of time (for me, and other self-employed people in my age group ). Clearly the opinions of Over-40s and self-employed are not valued by this company or its clients. I doubt they're capable of doing intelligent research as they're clearly using a defective automated screening process to reject people who, on signing up, have already given them sufficient information; if even their bot can't keep records, it doesn't exactly inspire confidence in their research. I fully expect them to send a bot-generated reply to this review.

I've been completing Red C Surveys for a few years and every so often, I find that I've earned 50 euro for completing a number of surveys. I get 1 euro for every 5 minutes of survey time, so it can add up fairly quickly. Payments are made at the beginning of each month, when you've reached the magic 50 points. Fifty points = 50 euro. What's not to like?

I have been on the survey panel for a number of years now and find most of the surveys enjoyable.However I find that in some cases the eligibility to take the survey should be at the beginning not several questions into the survey.
I would recommend Red Sea to anyone with a little spare time as they are easy to complete.

Seamless transaction - do not even need to check my RedC account and it's always a nice surprise to get an email stating that I have another 50 euro going to my account. A Red C survey is mostly a good experience and the surveys are quite interesting. My only complaint is that often after wasting 1/4 of the survey time answering the preliminary questions, I get thrown out! It would be nice if only a couple of questions decided eligibility or not! Apart from that I'm very happy to be getting a few Euro every few months for my opinion! Thank you RED C Team.

Red C pay you directly once you've earned €50, it's very straightforward.

It's great fun filling out surveys and it's paid, €50 every few weeks may not be a fortune but it's satisfying, over the course of a year you can easily save up for a gift for your wife 😉😝
