I've used these guys for a while, and I can't fault them. The Melitta grinder they sold me has been excellent, and the latest batch of Ugandan beans is good value, well-roasted, and decent value - perfect for a tasty V60. Recommended.
This company advertised a coffee machine at a significant discount. This was the lure people in to get them on their website as everyone I spoke to said the coffee machine was never for sale at this price. Horrendous. I really will make sure I never make a single purchase from them.
thank goodness my £30plus order was rejected via Apple Pay as the cost went up £4 AFTER applying finger recognition. Your service for delivery is obscure and misleading. Even if I thought postage was justified your methods mean I won’t be purchasing from you again. Buyers be aware.
Great selection of coffee beans, quick dispatch
Ordered batch of coffee beans that were disgusting very bitter and I don't mean I found nots of bitterness.. Taste, 1 in a scale of 1 to 10 undrinkable. Customer Services.. worst ever..! didn't bother to reply, I had to wait days and send even more messages to make them reply. I was informed there was no batch problem. I had this coffee many times before and I knew the taste of it. My assessment was ignored. They would not refund or replace them, even thou I offered that I would send this batch back so they can try it. I will not be ordering from this company ever
again. Please do avoid.
Redber Coffee delivered a great experience when I ordered a spare part for my coffee machine. The price was unbeatable, and the quick delivery really impressed me. Their user-friendly website made placing the order easy. I'd definitely recommend!
I have bought a spare part for my coffee machine from Redber, after the installation the engineer surprised me, that the part has a manufacturer malfunction and doesn't work. I have called Redber and I had another nasty surprise. It appears, that they give only 4 weeks warranty to the parts, they are selling. After that, the client has to buy the part again. There is a German company, who sell the same parts. But the difference between Redber and the Germany company is, if there is a problem with the part withing 12 months from the purchase, the German company is replacing the faulty parts straight away.
I will just follow up on my review as Redber does not own up to their mistakes. They did deliver after I chased them twice because I don't have a printer. They messed me around for a couple of weeks and all they could offer was a replacement. How about the time I wasted and the stress they put me through? That should not be taken into consideration. They also said they could not check the product before it left the warehouse for delivery, but claimed I made it up that the product was dirty. I have everything documented in emails. Again, I can't stress this enough do not buy from them unless you want a headache.
I've been ordering coffee beans from this company regularly for a few months now.
My orders have always been dispatched and delivered promptly. To date, the coffee has always been fresh on arrival and of good quality.
Ordered a second batch of coffee beans that were indistinguishable from the first in both aroma and taste. They were clearly "off". Customer Services have informed me there was no batch problem, will not accept my assessment, and will not refund or replace them. I will not be ordering from this company again. I note from other reviews, other customers have had similar experiences, and Redber do not appear to be addressing issues. One to avoid.

The ‘ Customer Service Rep ‘ is copy pasting the same response I contact the company . Information is incorrect and unprofessional. Item was shipped with Royal Mail and never arrived . After speaking to Royal Mail , The tracking number is unknown. Looking at all other reviews I start to believe this is a fraudulent web side as they entirely ignore my request for a refund as well. Albeit a refund would be in line with the consumer law for online purchases which were never received . Stay away from ordering there !

the price was great . it was delivered promptly with a bag of nice freshly ground coffee.

Purchased a £3800.00 La Marzocco Linea Mini from them plus a grinder for £360.00.
I get 2 x DPD courier emails saying items on the way (assuming it’s the machine and the grinder).
2 days later, get an email explaining they can’t fulfil the order for the order for the coffee machine, as there is supply issues.
I asked for an explanation to why they have taken over £4000 from me for an order they can’t fulfil.
No response - then realise they have increased the price of this machine to £5760.00 on their website.
Very poor way to handle customers - lied to me about unable to get stock. Dishonest and poor customer service.
Go elsewhere!
I bought a water bottle and the metallic coating flaked off it. Would not be an issue except redber completely ignored my many and varied attempts to contact them about it. Very disappointing.
Ordered Melitta Spare Grounds Container for Caffeo Solo, Lattea, Solo & Milk (6593032), arrived promptly to remote west coast village Scottish Highlands.
I recently was gifted a Sage Barista Touch and the machine is a little overwhelming when you are used to drinking Nespresso's. As I had ordered something from Redber before I contacted them for advice. They (Petra and her team) have been amazing and provided me with so much information and advice that I feel now much more confident to start using my new device. This kind of customer support is rare to find these days. Without having purchased a coffee machine from them the staff at Redber provided me with adequate advice. I would really recommend shopping here and I now know where to go for my fresh coffee beans. In the past we ordered Chilli's water bottles from Redber and they always have the best price and great discount. The items were well packed and exactly as described. Also they have very reasonable shipping prices, we live in the Highlands which often means shops don't want to deliver to us or charge crazy courier prices. Thank you Redber for valuing your customers. We definitely keep shopping with yourselves.
I purchased a grinder from Redber at the beginning of the year. Unfortunately, due to manufacturing faults this stopped working after 2 months. I have emailed them and very quickly got a reply back with a free return label. I had thrown the original box away, but they assured me this wasn't an issue. A week later they processed my refund. Very prompt, very quick customer service. Thank you.

As usual Redber excellence continues to amaze the taste buds. The Costa Rica Amapola Terrazu blended fifty fifty with the Papua New Guinea Kenta is a sublime marriage made in coffee heaven. Highly recommended.
