Pretty

It had a really fun atmosphere, with very pretty decorations inside. Customer Service was really nice and there was a good selection of jewellery inside.

Cheap tat!

I bought a ring back in October and 3 months later half of the gemstones have fallen out. It’s falsely advertised as waterproof when it clearly isn’t.

The best unknown shop in new town

The shop was absolutely fantastic. I found a lovely necklace for my niece which she is completely in love with. The staff were so warm and welcoming which was so reassuring on a cold winters day. They also have delicious coffee and a variety of matcha’s.

All the designs are really pretty and the option to make your own necklace with charms it's just amazing.

I wish I have one store like this in my city.

No order

I placed an order for two pieces of jewellery over a week ago (2-4 days delivery time). I've had one email confirmation and nothing else. There's no telephone number listed and the emails listed have bounced back. I have sent a number of messages on the website but not had a response. So frustrating as a customer and I'm still not sure if my order will ever arrive.

High quality jewellery and great staff

The jewellery is beautiful and long lasting and the staff are super kind and helpful. I wore their earrings and necklace to a concert and they held up really well. The jewellery is very high quality and I will definitely be buying more here in the future.

Lovely shop!

Lovely shop!! Me and my friend have bought jewellery from here a couple times now and love our pieces! We crafted our own charm necklaces and they're adorable. Definitely recommend.
