i had a broke leg on my 70in fireplace but didn't open the box until 2 months later because i was having a room built on to my house and Raj in customer service was very nice Impatient with me and and save the day thank again Raj 👍

We just moved to Florida and I needed a new dining set for our lanai. I finally found the perfect set at Recreation Outfitters. I had a few questions and called the company directly. I spoke to Raj who was absolutely wonderful. He answered all my questions and helped me with a delivery date that coordinated with our schedule. The set arrived on time and in perfect condition. Thanks for making this so easy for me. Your website is easy to maneuver and I am already starting my wish list.

I followed the direction asking to cancel an order that I saw was not yet shipped. I reached out via chat as well. I was not given a clear answer via chat and never got any response via email. Now it appears that the item has shipped, and I will likely be out the shipping cost to return it.

I had a question regarding weather and maintenance and RAF got the information and called me back promptly.

With todays companies lacking real people on the other end of the phone and a take it or leave it scripted answer response....not here. The customer service team went above and beyond to satisfy the order and to make a challenging issue seem like a walk in the park.

I was not happy with the extremely high shipping cost.! The item I ordered was $19.99 and the shipping was that same amount. So literally my $20 item became $40. I asked if they could lower the shipping cost and after much deliberation , I was given $3 off. Then I asked if I could have a coupon for this first time order ftom your company and they weren’t able to give it to me. It made me extremely discouraged to order from your company.

I like the quality & the price of the furniture I was looking for but I was denied the payment plan with no reason! Wasn’t happy about it.

I have written a total of 5 reviews in my whole life BUT THIS COMPANY IS RIDICULOUS. I am so irritated that I have stopped my world to write this review. Odered online on July 9, C.Card charged on July 10 and nothing since then!! No one has a clue in their customer service department. Supposedly emails and tracking is being sent BUT, 12 days later and still nothing! No one seems in charge - nothing seems organized. If I ran my business this way, I would be bankrupt in nothing flat! Absolutely un-professional. I would recommend anyone but this company based on what I am going thru!
