Don’t buy from this website. I went to their address, says it’s on an industrial estate however it’s nowhere to be seen. I think it’ll be a false address (I drove around for about an hour) If it was a legit address I don’t think it would be that hard to find surely. The mobile numbers on the website ring out. I didn’t purchase from this website as there are too many red flags to count! I’m sure they will reply to this review with their address and contact number! Research the “company” aswell on Google and find out for yourselves, save your money!

The site does not refund you or send you a product, thankfully banks are pretty good at supporting so contact your bank immediately!

This website is a scam. If you’ve ordered from this website you will need to contact your bank and raise a dispute. Provide all the evidence to the bank, they’ll refund your money and raise a chargeback with these monkeys. For each chargeback they’ll receive a charge from their bank. Eventually they’ll have to close their website as they’ll be making loss with every scam orders.

Those who don’t know what to do, please contact your bank, debit or credit card company.

I’m saying this from my own experience. I got my money back from the bank.

Ordered on the 22/09/23 for a S23 ultra, selected local pickup.
They dispatched the order on the 22/9/23
Expect delivery by delivery-king on the 28.9.23
Tracking shows expected date of delivery
27.9.23 delivery website became inactive
Contacted seller- seller stopped responding
Emailed for a refund- no reply
Contacted bank- told to wait 15 working days
Waited 15 working days
Raised a dispute with the bank.
Bank issued full refunds same day.

Make sure you don’t let these scumbags take your money by scamming you.
Contact the bank and follow the process. You’ll get your money back.

Lesson learned, not to order from these website.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Phone advertised for my wife as a graduation gift on September 16th, I was given delivery details in the days after placing my order and when delivery didn't happen, I tried contacting them, and there was no response either via email or telephone, it's obvious they are SCAMMERS, a true SCUM of the earth, Luckily, I placed order via credit card so I raised a case and got my purchase refunded by credit card company, Please beware, this website is a SCAM

Purchase a Nutri Bullet almost one month ago and I am still waiting, I have not received any confirmation, tracking number or my item. This company is a big fraudster.

Took an order via Klarna. 2 weeks later confirmed they couldn't deliver and would issue refund. Refund never arrived and ignores emails. AVOID.

Do not purchase from this company. Scam, no product delivered claiming money back via visa.

Ordered an Iphone from this company. First delivery date missed and email contact with new date promising 20% discount for delivering a few days later!! Nothing arrived and no contact. Tried the tracking link which did not work and contact numbers on the web site would not connect. I paid using my credit card so claiming my money back. This site offers bargain prices but is obviously a scam. Avoid

Company is cloning another dodgy business called Wessex Appliances/Mihai Trans Services LTD owned by a Romanian MD. They are just taking money and not able to deliver. I had to cancel my credit card as when I didn't receive the goods I rang the unit next to them to find out they don't exist there in Liverpool. The Wessex electrical location address is a housing estate in Stevenage also so is not a business. address. AVOID AVOID AVOID they will tell you anything to keep your money for as long as they can. They promised me compensation which never arrived. Just messing me about. I did get a refund after they had my money for 3 weeks. I reported them to the credit card company.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM - told me I'd be refunded and not happened.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
Being reported to action fraud, currently following up with my credit card provider.

I got in contact with the scamers through a valid sales site called Klarna, which I have used before.

After debting my account they said my product should arrive in 7 working days. They sent me a link to deliveries-king.co.uk to track tge delivery of my order.

After 7 days, they sent me an email saying there is a problem with the order due to volume and its been delayed and offered 20% refund of the product price.

A couple of days later. They sent me another email saying that they will offer the full refund with the 20% refund of the price and it should be in my account in 5 working days. After more than 5 working days I didn't receive any refund. I tried calling the contact number on the site but its not active and also they stopped responding to my emails.

Also the link to the delivery tracker became inactive.

Bought a phone from them with the promise that it would be delivered in 5 working days, however, received a tracking that said it would be delivered in 2 weeks. Called them but no one answered.
Since there is no cancel order page, emailed them and they replied with: "You should expect it by Friday."
However, Friday past and the phone never came and they are not replying to my emails. I am just happy that I used my Amex so I would be able to claim my money back.
