If you’re planning to purchase from them just think twice because you gonna regret your action. I never read reviews before purchasing and I end up regretting and the bad part is they know they’re selling bad laptops to people to make money. This people are scammers in disguise tbh. Got 2 laptops and they’re all craps and they don’t do refunds back.

disgusting scam, sent me a laptop that had the hardware tampered with which made it unbearably slow, unable to use even google.

figured i would buy from here since they offered warranties but when i requested one they asked me for some items that i had never received when the laptop initially arrived.

Laptop faulty, not collected for repair on arranged date. Still not heard back of when it will be collected!

Bought a Dell 5530 Precision, Oliver was professional and informative (I asked a lot of questions before making the purchase) and most were replied to promptly. Only reason I've give 4 stars is there was a slight discrepancy in the spec that was advertised to what I may have got, but Oliver made sure the correct spec was sent. Thanks for your help and support, would recommend and would use again.

There was a problem with my purchase. They acknowledged it immediately, and arranged for the item to be collected by a courier and a full refund. They make a success out of a problem.

We purchased a DELL XPS laptop
Laptop was ordered on Friday, arrived Tuesday, so delivery is timely and was included in price.
Laptop is in excellent condition, it was sold as good.
Front and back case is totally unmarked.
Screen and keyboard look like new.
So physically all is impressive.
My tech team have not yet installed the laptop so I have no view on that currently.

Great spec laptop for more than half the original price. Apart from 1 hardly noticeable scratch on the top this A grade laptop arrived fast and extremely well packaged. I'd noticed I'd ordered the wrong size case and after a quick phone call they sorted it out. A few teething troubles getting it started ( due to my lack of computer knowledge) and after another quick phone call it was all good.
If you're after a great laptop with great service I'd definitely recommend giving these guys a shot
