I’ve just finalised a product transfer through Rebus, and I’m extremely pleased with the service received. Lee and Abbie provided clear guidance throughout, handled everything efficiently, and ensured the process was completed without any issues. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the experience seamless. Highly recommended.

I honestly can’t recommend Neezam, his lovely PA Abbie and Siana highly enough. They have all been amazing!

After a complete disaster with another broker that left my buy to let mortgage in a very stressful position, I was feeling frustrated and worried about whether everything would get sorted in time. From the very first conversation, Neezam was confident he could help and completely on top of the situation. He immediately understood the urgency and put a clear plan in place to get things back on track.

Neezam explained everything clearly, gave honest advice, and moved quickly to secure the right mortgage to suit my circumstances. What really stood out was how proactive they are, no chasing required, no vague updates, just efficient, professional action.

Abbie and Siana kept everything organised, responded promptly to every query, and made sure documents and any communication moved seamlessly. Their attention to detail and constant updates gave me peace of mind during what had started as a very stressful experience.

After being turn down by multiple mortgage lenders due to our visa status, we had almost lost hope of owning a home while paying high rent. We discovered Rebus Finance online and, despite our doubts, decided to apply. From the very first call, Neezam Romjon listened patiently and resolved our concerns step by step. We created our account on 10 Sept 2025 with REBUS, received Approval in Principle on 18 Sept 2025, full mortgage approval on 14 Oct 2025, got the keys on 11 Dec 2025, and moved into our own home on 18 Dec 2025, just in time for Christmas, exactly as promised.

We’re so grateful for the help Rebus provided us with remortgaging our property that had a help to buy loan. We were conscious that we left it too late to avoid a variable mortgage as the help to buy loan repayment can take a while. But with how fast Rebus and the recommended solicitors worked, we managed to only go on to a variable for 3 days (expecting to be on it for months). The whole team were so helpful and friendly; the service really was 10/10 and worth every penny!

Can't speak highly enough of Lee, Abbie and the team for getting our H2B remortgaging sorted quickly and efficiently. Even after our offer, Abbie was liaising between us and the solicitor to get thing sorted. There is no surprise why they have the reviews they have.
