BUYERS BEWARE: This company refuses to refund for products they do NOT send. I ordered on 3/31/26. Received a shipping notification same day with USPS tracking. A week later, I had not received so I tracked the package. the package showed that Rebel never dropped the package off. It showed as a "pre-shipment" label. I contact Rebel, they claimed USPS tracking system must be broken. I gave it a couple more days no tracking. I went to the post office, they said "that package was never shipped" They told me I have to keep waiting. So I opened a dispute. Rebel got mad and said they would "refund me on the payment carriers last day to refund" which was TWENTY DAYS LATER than the purchase and ship date. 20 days! I waited. STILL NO REFUND on the 20th day. This place is a total scam. DO NOT BUY. I put the tracking number below. Go ahead and track it TODAY, you will still see never shipped. 4/21/26 and still no refund. So they lied to me not once but twice. No shipping. No refund. I have screenshots of all communication for proof if you want it, just go to the google review its all posted there.

Very nice underwear they have in their catalog, I have already bought several bras. The price is cheap but the shipping takes a while to arrive, but I still like it.

Purchased a shelf bra - sizing was spot on. Arrived as promised. Paid the duty in advance - easy! Would purchase other goods from them.

Need to keep better levels of stock in your bra inventory so that more than one (1) can be ordered at a time. Two reasons for this… you offer coupons but they can’t be used as you never have more than one bra in each size at any given time. Also it is simply just a hassle to keep having to reorder when you know you want 2 or 3 in a single order. Re-think your business strategy before you lose your customer base.
