Very Concerned About This Clinic
I'm writing my review because this company flags and deletes negative reviews and I still want to share what happened.
This place honestly makes me nervous. The staff turnover is nonstop. Every time I go in, the front desk staff, my doctor, has been replaced which makes me wonder what’s really going on behind the scenes. I’ve even read online that former employees say the clinic "stole money" from them, which doesn’t exactly inspire confidence.
After my last provider (who I loved) suddenly disappeared, I ended up with the owner, Dr. Simon. He seemed distracted the whole appointment, didn’t send me the after‑visit summary, and left me confused about what I was supposed to do next. Not a good feeling. If that's the way he treats patients it makes me wonder about how he treats his employees. Disappointed and pretty concerned about the culture here.
