I'm a repeat customer of RWC. I have ordered bearing sets for mountain bike suspensions, bottom brackets, and parts for maintaining suspension systems. Their customer service is great, shipping is fast, and they sell high quality products. In the bicycle world these days counterfeit parts are a huge problem from places like Amazon-- but RWC sells the real stuff at great prices.

I’m a mobile bike mechanic in Saudi Arabia & I’ve been buying from Chris@RWC for quite a while and he’s always made sure I was happy. I recently bought an Enduro cassette tool from him. He didn’t have it in stock but managed to get it for me. My latest order has just been delivered to me yesterday. Impeccable packaging and nothing was below expectations. Hard to find headset bearings, Enduro tools and small parts are always available with him. Thank you, RWC.

I am searching for an unusual sized bearing 3/4" ID 1 3/8" OD and Chris has gone out of his way to help me. So far we have not found those bearing but I know they are out there. NO company I have worked with has been so helpful. Thank you very much. Chris and everyone at Real World Cycling.

Great product and great customer service.

Chris and RWC take customer service to new heights. He took the time to help me understand what specifically which parts are needed and why. The design of the RWC shock bearing kit is far superior to “the other guys” thanks to the multiple sizes of spacers. The other kits have a lot of slop and lead to suspension “thunk”. I highly recommend RWC products!

I was pleased to find rebuild seals for old Manitou product of Chris' site, and was even offered cheaper shipping options to ESP. Fantastic, prompt communication, a really great service!

RWC offers excellent products and great service. There was a small issue with what was shipped but Chris provided a solution quickly (within a couple hours) to remedy the problem. If you have bearing questions or needs, RWC is the place to go.

RWC team provided very fast response (few hours) with key dimensional information for my specific mtb. The bike mfg. had rounded off the value so was not accurate enough to enable the correct shock needle bearing upgrade kit.

Ordered 2007 yeti 575 bearings... Worked great perfect fit and Chris was very good with his service.

I recommend them i bought a bearing press and a needle bearing kit and a bearing kit for my frame.I had questions regarding the products i purchased and they where answered by a great person Chris.I will buy again if the need arise.
