Awful service
Awful service ordered a watch for my partners 60th birthday was sent the wrong one didn’t realise until she opened it. Customer service was non existent didn’t want to know. Would never ever recommend I was left with a watch that was nothing like what I ordered what a scam.

We purchases two watches and apparently both of them dials are larger in size. we have sent emails as advised in the return policy but no response inspite of repeated reminders. very bad customer service. hope this review would encourage them to respond and help us return the products in time within the return policy.
