This is by far the best, low cost way for a seller to get their home on multiple listing. This is a perfect option for a homeowner who doesn't need assistance on the sell end and can handle all of the initial paperwork and contract negotiations on their own. The package options are great in that you can choose the level of service that best suits your needs. Jack Yao and his team offer support as needed and even our lawn sign came quicker than we expected. By the way, as soon as we went on to MLS, we got non-stop calls and had a signed contract within 5 days of listing through Realmart Realty.

Positive: My MLS posting was up in a timely manner.
Negative: In my opinion, the tone of the several personal emails I received was extremely rude and unprofessional.
This company needs to improve their customer service skills.

Absolutely awful to work with. There were significant delays in corresponding multiple times, and also in posting my listing, and then once the listing was posted, they included information in the listing (private comments for other brokers) that was inappropriate (advertising for them), and they refused to include my own contact info in this section, which is something that multiple other competitors have done for me. This is one of the biggest reasons I utilize flat fee listing services (in addition to avoiding the larger fees with a full service broker) ... so interested clients/agents can contact me directly without the middle person ... this company does not allow this. They also seemingly inappropriately changed the narrative justifying it based on non-discdrimination guidelines, but when reviewing the rules, the changes were not appropriate, as there had been nothing in my requested narrative that violated any rules/non-discrimination issues.
