‎I bought spirulina from them and unfortunately it made me more sick and the quality is very low that it requires me to use a large amount compared to the whole spirulina i normally use.I contacted them and they didn't give me any information to why their spirulina isn't pure.The spirulina was light green and sweet which means its not whole.I couldn't use the spirulina for long time and had to stop using due to exacerbated mental side effects,i feel conned since i bought a large amount and had to give it away.If you are very sensitive or chronically ill this spirulina is not for you as i have noticed people who seem to be quite healthy don't get side effect when they use that spirulina.Based on the experience of the sides effects its clear that the spirulina is contaminated with heavy metals.For those that follow Medicalmedium.com this spirulina feeds the bugs on the brain or spinal cord,i noticed this due to change in time of getting side effects.Also the reason for the spirulina being sweet is likely due to maltodextrin thats always added from herbal/plant powders that come from china.

I have been buying from Real Food Source for years now and service is always great! All shipped very quickly and the quality of products is absolutely amazing! I buy protein powder, nuts, seeds and other organic powders such as matcha or beetroot! Always great value for money!

I really enjoy the products from this company and have been using them years. I would have given them 5/5 rating - delivery is quick and reliable and the products are very reliable.
Unfortunately the almond butter has changed recently and it's not pleasant - it's very very dry. I'm not sure where the oil from the almonds has gone but after continuously buying it for a few years, earlier this year the oil from the almonds has almost completely disappeared!!!). If you are new to almond butter, this is not how it should be so it might be worth going elsewhere to get the right consistency.

I've used this company for a number of years now and in my opinion they are excellent. Their products are of good quality and condition. Their website is easy to use. I appreciate their transparency on the best before dates listed by their products. I found their customer service department very responsive and efficient in their reply. They use "chatty" to reply, this is still from customer services, but they're simply using a new reply service. I'm very impressive with their very quick delivery and well packaged goods. My husband and I particularly love their chocolate raisins. To date, I haven't had any problems with them. It's a shame about the negative reviews. This company is definitely not a scam in my humble opinion and experience. (Although there does seem to be 2 company profiles on TrustPilot for them, so I'm unsure which is the correct one, so I've left this review on both).

This company is a scam.

You will receive a faulty product and the company will then refuse to refund, instead they will “allow you to keep your faulty product” and offer a discount voucher for future purchases.

There is a reason they do not have a telephone number, it is not to save on cost, or because they are a “fully online company”, after all, most online companies have a telephone number, it’s because of the vast number of dissatisfied customers wanting to speak to them.

All communication is with a bunch of idiots via the chatty service, not company employees.

They are paid to refuse all refunds for any and all reasons,

Be warned this company will send you faulty products and refuse to refund every time.
