They delivered the tree on time but this year they did not help us put the tree into the stand for us.
I am a bit disappointed about this, as past two years they have been excellent in helping us. I hope it’s just a slight training setback.

Hi Colin
Thank you for your review.
If you had reached out to us we would have explained to you,and tried to help you out.
We are not and never have been insured to enter into any property whatsoever , it does clearly say in our delivery policy.
The delivery driver who delivered your tree this year is a new driver.
The driver who delivered your tree over the last few years is no longer with us as he damaged someone’s property and they claimed us for the damage.
Hope this clears up any issues.
