Hayley and Donna have been amazing from start to finish in getting us our mortgage offer. We didn’t know how much we would be able to borrow but had found a house we loved! Hayley got us booked in straight away and within a day we had a mortgage in principle and a good idea of what we could borrow. Once our offer had been accepted the mortgage was applied for and both Hayley and Donna kept us updated throughout the whole process! We were offered our mortgage so quickly, I would recommend them to anyone! We will use them for any future mortgage queries or when it comes to remortgaging in the future. As first time buyers Hayley has made the process as simple as possible, but also has gone above and beyond to get us to the end of the process when it comes to sorting our mortgage.
We started the process back in April and have had to jump through many difficulties to get a mortgage, Hayley was there every step of the way, helping where she can and giving us advice to get us to the end. She has been easily contactable and will ring or message us back as soon as she can, even if it is on a day off or later in the evening, she was always there.
I can not recommend her enough, especially for first time buyers as she has made the process easy, simple fun at times, and her explanations are easy to understand.

Katie was incredibly helpful and tackled my difficult circumstances with what seemed like ease. I don’t think I could have found a mortgage on my own so she provided me with an opportunity for the home of my dreams.

Keiran was absolutely brilliant right from first contacting him to when our remortgage completed. His communication and organisation is amazing and he was always on top of things. He went the extra mile to chase the solicitors and ensure things were moving from that end too. We had almost daily contact either by phone or email. He worked around us and the few times he came to the house for appointments, he was very accommodating and willing to work around us. He even remembered after the first time he had joked about my son having a treat and turned up the second time with chocolate! The service Keiran provided was very personal and didn’t just feel like a number or rushed.
He made the whole process so easy and I would absolutely use him if we ever move or remortgage again. I have already recommended him to a few people but would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I have used Darren to help with mortgages since I bought my first home nearly 10 years ago, and every time he has shown patience, a great depth of knowledge and has always gone above and beyond to make sure I had the best deal for me. With mine and my partners most recent purchase it wasn’t as straight forward as it has been previously and it became a bit stressful however Darren was on hand to help guide us with our mortgage at all times. I could message him throughout the day and I always got a response and when I was M.I.A from being stressed and overwhelmed he was always understanding!

It isn’t just mortgages that he offers either as I’ve used him for buildings and contents and life insurance. When I first got it I had absolutely no idea what I needed and most brokers would have taken advantage and sold me absolutely everything however Darren sat down with me and went through everything in detail and explained it in a way that made sense to me so I was able to choose the best product for me.

I honestly cant recommend these enough! I used Keiran Leeder who secured my mortgage and knew exactly what i wanted and got me just that. Keiran was very helpful in advising me for a remortgage. Took down all my details and waited for the right time before securing me the best rate on the market.
Once my mortgage was sorted with having all the information was able to understand my needs for protection and what was important to me.
Overall it was a fantastic service and went over and above and nothing was ever too much. Also kept me updated on progress of my application.
