I can’t recommend this company and specifically, John Ovington, highly enough. He’s very personable and extremely efficient. He monitors everything so closely and always gets us the best deal.

I was given the name of Hayley Janes by my brother and from start to finish the service was excellent. Hayley was most helpful, and made the process easy and straightforward. Hayley kept me up to date every step of the way. Hayley was able to find me the most appropriate mortgage and this was also reviewed at last minute when the interest rates went down and all the papers were sent to me in a very timely manner. Hayley was very friendly, explained everything to me and supportive. Overall a super service and a very friendly and helpful individual. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

Where do I start… Advisor Katie Whitaker has saved my life. When I received my renewal from £489 per month to £1039 per month from my current lender I genuinely thought I may have to sell the property I’d worked so hard to purchase.
A 15 minute conversation with Katie gave me a glimmer of hope. Despite the unlikely result I’d be able to remortgage the full amount she worked tirelessly (whilst she was on holiday, I felt so guilty!) to find the perfect product and instructed the surveyor to attend within 24 hrs.
From a week of tears going it alone, feeling totally lost I opened a message from her telling me she’d gained a successful offer for my loan to value and was pushing ahead as long as I was happy.
More tears but this time of joy…she’d painstakingly tried every possible lender ensuring her searches weren’t destroying my credit and the very last one came through.
The whole team has since then been a pleasure to deal with but I do have to give special thanks to Donna Driffield who works closely with Katie and the lenders to push things through.
She’s helped me complete complex forms, prompted me when I’ve forgotten something and given great advice to ensure a fast stress free process for myself.

Keiran organised our mortgage and I would recommend him to anyone. we have a complicated background but he found us a great deal that matched our circumstances and affordability. he answered all our questions, kept in touch regularly and took the difficult and stressful part of the mortgage process on for us. he also recommended a great solicitor and protection cover. he's definitely an expert in his area and we can't thank him enough for everything he's done for us.
