RCA Plumbing & Heating Bewertungen

Good customer relations, good value for money and a very professional job.

Arrived home to the sound of a leak behind my kitchen units.
Tbh, not had great experiences with plumbers to date so after looking through plumbers and reviews I decided to take a chance on RCA. Arranged a home visit for the next day I was off - this was confirmed by sms and email, further reminder on the day. Liam arrived sharp on the morning expected and carried out an investigation, he got Ryan to drop by for a second opinion. Both were professional, friendly and direct. We were made fully aware of how the job would be carried out, the hourly cost and we went forward from there. Liam completed the job, replacing a pipe in good time and with minimal damage to the units behind. We will have to get the units removed and refitted with proper access and I’ll be changing to copper pipes. When this goes forward it will be RCA that I’ll be contacting to carry out the plumbing works.

Had a whole new boiler fitted with this company last year….brilliant! Just had my first year service and just as I expected excellent! Clean and tidy worker…kept us informed…tidied up afterwards…great price cannot recommend this company enough .

Arrived on time, got started and all went well. Everything was cleaned up and the men were very nice and worked hard. They were a pleasure to have in your home. Winter can come anytime! Thank you.

Knowing nothing about heating Ryan quoted me for a new boiler at my request, gave me options and explained everything so I could make the best decision, the team who installed it were fantastic! Clean tidy workers, left the house spotless and were super nice! Received a follow up call from Ryan to make sure I was happy with everything and to make sure I knew how to work the system. If you are clueless like me and need any work carried out I would certainly give them a call. Thank-you Ryan and team, I no longer need to pray to the boiler God's everytime I turn the tap on!

Responded quickly to my initial phone call, they were here at the agreed time were tidy and efficient. Work completed to a high standard. Definitely recommend RCA plumbing and heating

Ryan and his team were fabulous. Used them last year to replace our boiler and this year to replace the sink and unit in bathroom. Everything is so tidy when they leave you would never know you had workmen in! The team are polite and friendly. Excellent value

Excellent service, full gas central heating installed. Ryan and his team all polite and professional. Communication excellent, and managed to fit me in at short notice. Very happy with the job. Would highly recommend.

Ryan and his team were courteous and professional throughout the installation of my new boiler.
They arrived on time and completed the job in two days as quoted.
I would highly recommend this company.

Easy to arrange, good advice, installed efficiently, good post-installation support.

2nd year of using RCA plumbing and heating for my boiler service, always professional and turned up on time, willing to help with any issues.
I would recommend them without hesitation.

Another great job completed successfully by Ryan and his team. Hot potch 2002 Build electrics all tidied up and made safe, new quiet circ. pump fitted along with motorised valves. Can hardly hear the Heating or HW when they now cut in. New radiator fitted in kitchen, very accommodating as came twice, once to remove existing rad, to allow decorating to take place and returned to fitted new rad and all the above work. Great Job now feel confident with the Heating/Hot water system in our house. Service of boiler also do at same time.

We have no hesitation in recommending Ryan of RCA Plumbing & Heating Services. The work to install our new boiler was carried out professionally with care and efficiency and the explanation of the control panel was clear and concise. We would highly recommend their services.

Excellent service throughout. Various budget options and advice given,no pressure or big sales push. Ryan spent time explaining our chosen boiler setup and controls etc. Clean and tidy, you wouldnt know they'd even been in working!!

RCA carried out a boiler replacement and fitted extra radiator for us the work was done to a high standard and no mess clean and tidy workmanship would recomend them and will use there services in future

After calling with a faulty boiler, they responded extremely quickly and managed to squeeze me in less than an hour after calling. They gave me a really informative account of the issues as well as providing some alternative solutions should I not want to replace the boiler. After opting for a new boiler, the installation was completed at a great price with very little disruption. Really happy with the service and would highly recommend

Very happy with service from RCA.
Ryan and his assistant (didn't get his name) arrived on time to repair my outside tap. A small job but done efficiently and very well.
Thanks gentlemen, much appreciated.

Ryan fixed our gas boiler, sealed off the alternative tap joint in the sink and fitted four new radiators throughout the house. Very tidy and clean workers to the point of hoovering up a part of carpet where they had been working. It was only when we saw him, we realised he had fitted a toilet for us a while ago. Would certainly recommend. Great workers.

Very friendly and professional job on our leaky WC.
