David is very patient, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable; he accepted I was not financially aware, and has guided my savings into appropriate envelopes as I was better paid. Nolan sees that I get year-end reports for both the US and UK tax years. Rathbones’ on-line portal allows me to review my accounts and investments and displays information in a variety of ways, so it is easy to see what my investments have been doing.
