Process extremely stress-free, agent was transparent and answered all of my concerns and stayed in contact with me from the beginning process to the end. They have a new system in place that makes signing for wet signatures easier without having to go out and get a notary and mailing documents back. Very pleased with the level of service provided by Jacob who was my agent during my refinance process.

Carene was absolutely the best! She is the epitome of customer service. I feel like she was really looking out for me. Even on days when I was super busy and aggravated and I failed to have patience Carene was calm,understanding, supportive, helpful, and so professional. The experience with Rategenius establishing a refinanced loan was very straight forward and relatively simple to accomplish. The process went as smooth as it possibly could and great on the two way communications. I would highly recommend them for this service.

Patrick did his job. He was professional, informative, and competent. As far as the company goes here is a warning to potential customers. My wife and I have excellent credit together. We clicked on the offer of $315.00 a month for 84 months but we were offered $388.00 a month for 72 months. Take it or leave it. Bait and switch without the pressure.

Logan was great at walking me through everything, made it easy considering I am not very good with online things.

I live in SC which is a notary state. This means, you need to have many of your loan documents signed, notarized and returned to the lender. The team that handled my refinance were really on top of things. They kept me informed and on track through the entire process, which made it easier to get the docs I needed notarized and returned. They provided return shipping labels through Fedex so I did not incur any fees there and they reimbursed for the notary expense. Overall, it was a smooth process and I would use them again.
