Today i called to enquire about the…
Today i called to enquire about the buisness as i am always careful who I share my personal information with when buying online. My simple questions were, who is the owner and where is the buisness located, the response i got was a rude and abrupt "mate we have 5000 customers, if you dont trust us go to another online store".
After leaving the same review on facebook, instead of messaging me privately the owner of the buisness went ahead and made a post on the websites page lying and manipulating what actually happened on the phone and portrayed me to be a bad guy. After being harassed by his followers, calmingly and politely responding to them, I was blocked from his page and all my comments were deleted. He then made another post stating i was threatening, bullying and abusing his customers. I had predicted that this would happen after the owners previous antics so i had already taken screen shots of everything i had said on the post.
Very unprofessional, very deceitful and very disappointed.
