Rapid Wristbands is appropriately named!
Rapid Wristbands is very appropriately named! Having their W9 and instructions for using a school PO made it soooooo easy for our bookkeeping process so we could get them added as a vendor and place the order quickly. The design tool was easy to use, and the online chat tool made for a quick response to my questions. We were thrilled to have gotten the custom wristbands a couple of days before our event, and the quality was great, too. We will use them again!

I don’t like that I was not able to…
I don’t like that I was not able to review my order before payment was completed. I do not like that I am not able to check on the progress of my order. I do not like that I do not have an estimated date for delivery. Because of these challenges, I will be seeking a new provider for my company’s promotional items in the future.

Excellent Quality
Easy to order. Excellent quality. Variety of options. Great value to dollar ratio.
This is the second year we have purchased through Rapid Wristbands for our Memorial Day event. We will continue to do so and are looking into more purchases throughout the year as part of our merchandise.

My order only partially shipped
My order only partially shipped, leaving my needs unmet. Additionally, I still have not received any notification regarding the remainder of my order. It took several days to receive my order after it was marked "delivered" by USPS. I was unable to ship to a PO Box during checkout and listed my street address only as I was under the impression that it would be delivered via UPS and was then transferred to USPS. Not only did this create a delay, but I'm lucky I received my partial order at all.
