A welcome change
We hadn’t had hot water for over 3 months, and having to deal with other plumbers who were lax with communication and never arrived when they said would we didn’t hold out much hope.
Icky was recommended by the estate community group and it was a welcome change to our experience with other plumbers.
I called after 5pm, he was at the property by 6pm
Very friendly, sympathetic to our issues and knowledgeable about the pulsacoil boiler we had in our flat.
Unfortunately the initial repair didn’t fix the issue the first time, but with a simple call he was back the next day to investigate further with success.
All in all it was 2 hours of work over both days and we were very satisfied with the results, with future discussions to upgrade in the future.

Iqi has serviced my Pulsacoil 2000 for the last 9 years. Iqi is always quick to come out if I need him, does a briliant job and is clean and meticulous. I can trust his advice and I rely on his good attention to detail and clarity of communication. Iqi is always honest and gives me full information. He is a pleasure to work with, is fair and does more than expected. A great person to know in case of emergency and always willing to answer questions and make sure the work is complete. Excellent value.
