Rankins customer service is second to none. I have used Daisy for years and she is honestly the best and most honest person. She is so helpful and creative with bringing designs to life. I have used Rankins a couple of times now for bespoke jewellery and both times have been perfect. The communication time frame and most importantly the items were beyond expectations. The aftercare is also great when i was unsure if i needed a thicker chain on my name necklace they were more than happy to accommodate but they advised me to keep a dainty chain for diamonds i was worried it would be too fragile but i have not taken it off for months and it’s been fine. Cannot wait for my next treat. They are also fantastic at suggesting ideas and designs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very happy returning customer
