I ordered two sweatshirt type tops. Granted responses from website are few and took a long time to get BUT, I am pleased with both. A bit large but I always order larger in case of shrinkage and I feel both will wash and dry just fine. They are both really cute. If customer service was more on their toes there would be less worry. I am pleased

Ordered shirt plus paid $20.00 extra for expedited shipping. Over a month and nothing arrived and no response to emails requesting status. TOTAL SCAM. This is not a legitimate company.

FAMILY, THIS IS A SCAM. TOTALLY. THE SAME GAME IS BEING RUN NEARLY EVERYWHERE ON THE INTERNET WITH CHINESE COMPANIES WITH CLOTHING PICTURED ON MODEL THAT IS NOT WHAT COMES, IF IT EVER COMES. THEY LIE, LIE, LIE. IT'S GETTING TO THE POINT I DON'T WANT TO ORDER ON THE INTERNET. I REACH OUT PRIOR TO ORDER TO VERIFY IF ITS US, MADE IN US, AND RETURN IN US AND THEY LIE, LIE, LIE.... I PRAY YOU DO NOT GET SCAMMED.

My product was NOTHING as it was pictured - don't buy it - they tell you they will make sure you are happy. I received a cheaply printed shirt - nothing "vintage" as was advertised - different color - different fabric - it's awful.

If I could give less than one star I would! I ordered this shirt and as it was pictured was a beautiful turquoise blue with pearl snap buttons but what I got was this stiff dingy muddy looking shirt that is nowhere near the color or quality of the shirt that is shown. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. I placed this order and it took months to get and it was not worth the wait.

Have emailed company three times with no response. Order placed on May 31. This is a dress for my granddaughter’s wedding and I SURE would like to know if it is coming. Credit
Card has already been charged!! Trying to find a phone number OR file a dispute is ridiculous!!! Want CC information and everything!! Use my order

I ordered a jacket...and received a HUGE sizing. I conta cted them immediately...and 3 emails later was offered a smaller size ("don't send the large jacket back - keep it...but just pay the postage to Australia") I paid the $9.99 repostage...and have received ZERO.

I had offered to send the wrong sized jacket back...but they offered to send a much smaller sizing once I paid the $9.99 shipping...NOTHING!!!!

AGGGH!

It’s not even a real company in America as they pose to be. Do NOT buy from these people or believe the TikTok influencers that you see… getting rich off being fake like usual…

I ordered a coat from Ranchoutfit I have received nothing, plus I have emailed them several times with no answer.
I have fortunately paid with Paypal so I hope to get my money back, I am on a state pension and the coat took all my Christmas money.
If this is a scam shouldn't PayPal and Trustpilot warn people.
I will write a letter to Rip off Britain, it's a good way of warning people of this company.

I ordered the poncho with the woman’s face on it with all white background and it came solid white without the image. And it’s such thin scratchy fabric! It took weeks to get and it’s not even right! I’ve tried to contact them but it won’t deliver emails to the address on their website. Don’t order anything from them!

This company is a scam. Nothing arrived. Stay away

These people are scammers who use Instagram to steal money. They followed exactly the same playbook as the last time I was defrauded by these Chinese scammers.
They used 17Track to create fake tracking info.
They will argue that the package was delivered when clearly, it hasn’t.
They will type paragraphs saying how they are a legitimate company and how sorry they are blah blah blah.
Update: 24/10/24 Ranchoutfit said they would refund me and I would get the refund in 10 days. A month later, you guessed it, it didn’t come. They are lying liars who lie, lie, lie ..

nothing was "100% cotton" and the Womens sizing was built for a square man. I ordered medium tanks and can usually make due. These are GINORMOUS!!! Don't bother...
Oh also "8-12" days shipping actually shipped in 40 days....

Absolute scam. Order was never shipped. They took over $100; I wish I had looked them up before ordering. BEWARE!!

This company is a complete scam. Best case you apparently get horrendous quality items. Worst case you don’t receive anything. I’ve been fighting with PayPal and this company for a month to try and get a refund because they never even shipped it.

Liars. That is the word I would use to describe these guys. I ordered a shirt from them, the quality was alright, but you can tell it's sh**tty and came from china. Anyways, the shirt ended up looking terrible in person, and they didn't mention anything about NO returns. Well, they want you to send it to china and pay up your ass to get it there. WORST customer service I have experienced so far. DO NOT buy from this company. Do yourself a favor and spend your money and time elsewhere.

I ordered a pantsuit and some jewelry and it took a couple months to come. The pant suit didn't fit well and the big kicker is they are in Chine and the customer has to pay the shipping back to China and if its an exchange you have to pay the postage both ways. It's a scam and that's why the address isn't written on their website!!!! Stay away from this outfit.

I have been waiting for my purchase for 3 weeks now with no reply to my emails to them. I am still hoping I get it soon but after reading all the reviews I have my doubts. Be very wary of this company.

They sent me a knock off version of the pants I ordered. Then customer service would not give me a refund.

Ordered $110 worth of merchandise. After waiting three weeks, tracking said the items hadn't even shipped yet. I contacted them and received no reply. A week later I contacted them again. No reply.

It's odd that others are claiming they received their items. Are these fake reviews?
