2 main negatives.
1. Not a big deal, but twice now when I do something that is 100% cashback, you only give like 90% by default. I have to create a ticket to get it fixed.
Both times it was easy enough to fix, so no big deal.
2. The worse thing is that my wife once had a problem with you. And even after some back and forth you refused to give her the cashback that she was owed. She stopped using rakuten because of that experience, so I can't give you a great review with that still hanging there.

I love earning money back
It's a great coupon-like system. I earn cashback to my Paypal every few months from my online shopping. It's usually at 2% but if I can wait, sometimes the rate is at 10-15% back during holidays. I do a lot of my shopping on my cellphone, I find the cashback is quicker for some reason. I have the extension on my laptop as well but it's not so instant. The app is easy to use and even earning a little bit back is worth it.

I love it!
At first, I didn't believe there would be such a nice thing for getting cash back that easily. I tried and got hooked. Every time I purchase something, I make sure the cash back plug in is enabled.
I am only giving a 4 star because it doesn't always work for me even after disabling ads blocker. I still cannot figure out why sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. However, it is really nice to get some cash back, esepcially for a long term.

My experience has been great for the 3 years!! I am very happy to be part of Rakuten’s customer. It is like I have my own mall online. No need to go anywhere. I can buy anything and the best part I get great discounts and get pay some porcentaje of want I spend on any store. I can recommend Rakuten to anyone. Very happy here :)

Flawed user experience
Have to create a request for almost every purchase even though I’m using the app. Still waiting weeks for cashback to be approved from under armour. There’s no way in 2026 it should be so hard.
