Firstly I lost two times 25k they didnt ask for any verification . but when i won some money and i did a withdrawal firstly they hold it for two days status was pending after two days they cancelled my withdrawal and ask for verification I upload all the required documents but its status is still waiting. Live chat agents didnt give appropriate reply and also didnt reply on mail. Fraud website

Rajabets is not approving my withdrawals, from 24th Jan onwards, they are simply keeping all my withdrawal request on waiting status and after 2 to 3 days, just cancelling them.
Upon doing multiple followups with live chat, i get only two type of reply,
1. Due to heavy traffic flow, the withdrawals are taking longer time but we have already requested finance team to recheck your request.
2. You have exceeded your withdrawal limit.

And the most pathetic part of them is they never ever reply my email.

Please read the below and important info-I don’t care about my issues now.but I want each and everyone of you know the reality.its a lesson for me you guys should be aware.

1) I lost more than 7 lakhs on this website Rajabets in last 2 years with few withdrawals here and their.

2) On Jan 9 2025 I won 2.5 lakhs from 20k deposit they cancelled all my withdrawal almost 30 times they cancelled then later after raising concern so many times they approved the withdrawal but money never hit my bank account.
3) it’s been 11 days now my approved withdrawal transactions money not received this what they do they either keep on cancelling your withdrawal so that you loose your money from rajabets wallet because you see money you bet and you can’t withdraw even if you hold your money and don’t bet they will approved withdrawal but it will never hit your bank 7 days excuses there transaction receipts never trust those you check with your bank all waste of time I followed with rajabets around 40 times shared my bank statement 18 times in 11 days can you imagine

4) Most importantly you can never self exclude from rajabets once i logged in after 7 months my account was still active they moved my last bet date in history from June 10 2024 to August 14 2024 so it will fall under six months but i remember 10th June 2024 because i lost a lot that day and within that whole week so i stopped.

Please be aware don’t get into this you’ll loose a a lot and when you win big which is very rare you’ll get nothing.

Trust me on this and remember my words you’ll realise. these guys will rob you.

RajaBet guys are definitely causing a lot of mental trauma.

These guys are not even helping when I am asking to, and i sincerely have this gambling addiction. I informed them the same almost 14 days ago, requested them to close the account on live chat. They asked me to email which i did and after that no response at all.

First and foremost, when one has option to open account themselves, they should have option to close as well. You don't have that and you call yourself *Responsible Gambling* how shit is that. I atleast requested them to put a break for my account to ensure i stay away.

Coming to the games these guys have (virtual ones), are addicted to it and it's seriously rigged. I see so many matches being rigged and being ripped off. In hopes of chasing my losses I am even sinking deep inside.

For example in cricket matches (5 overs virtual), situations i experienced
--You see team scoring 70+ runs loosing with 4 overs
--When you are about to win and your team needs like 8 runs from 12 balls with 3 wickets in hand, suddenly a bowler comes and take hatrick and you loose
-- when there are high stakes (and you are about to win)-- i had a case where i need to score 4 runs of 3 balls, and the batsman played 1 defensive shot and 1 ball he left (like WTF)
--- Worst part is, there is aboslutely no genuinity that these games are computer generated -- no they are not they are absolutely rigged to gain advantage. When the player has high stakes -- these guys take the came to end and give you hopes and screw you up. in that way back of your mind you think i was so close to win, and then end up investing more. This has been a classic cheating issue.

Your practices are highly unethical, and trust me you will be paying a price for this.

I requested my account to be closed literally 2 weeks ago, and till now, there has been no feedback and during this process i lost alot off money. I'm thinking to go legal against you guys showing the proofs of me requesting to close and despite of that you never responded to me, and because of you guys i lost around 5 to 8 lakhs easily in last couple of days and made alot of debts.

If any one can help me legally, please let me know i can give proofs and we can sue these people

Guys, what ever this team respond please trust me they are really unethical. I know sometimes we end up games because we predict it incorrect. If its real sport game then thats fine, but these virtual games and slot machine games are 100% rigged, if you ignore my statement you will learn hard by yourself.

This month I have lost around 2 lakhs and tried to withdraw 20k and the system said it got approved on Jan 2nd but till now I dint get my money in bank. I have contacted support many times and emails but still they are saying that contact your bank. My withdrawal got cancelled.
Because of wrong bank account number. I have checked with the bank there is not such account number exist in the bank. Bank stated clearly that the amount will be refunded back with in 24hour now it's more than an months still amount has not yet reflecting my bet wallet. Didn't expected this from you.

This particular website is not giving me my withdrawal saying that the verification isn't completed. I have uploaded the documents still they are purposely not verifying them. I tried reaching them on their customer support chat and email too. When I google about them I found that they have done fraud to a lot of people and they have also mentioned that they don't verify up to 6-8 months.
