TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY
Charged over $600 for a very basic App with poor and short videos and the training and information provided is very limited. Total waste of money and trying to get a response either via the website or PayPay is just as painful.

Can't wait to receive my book and start working with my rescue dog which I've for a week now. After ordering, there were many "wait, you may like this...", and had to keep scrolling down to click "No thanks"; several times. I think these should, instead, come in the email sent in the order confirmation.

What HORRIBLE customer service
What HORRIBLE customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!! This company will load you up with backdoor subscriptions and once you figure it out and stop it they refuse to offer any refunds. The book isn't even that good. STAY AWAY!!!

Buyers beware. The book isn’t cheap and isn’t tailored to personal dog needs. Also ended getting signed up for subscriptions that wasn’t aware there was a monthly fee for $30.99 each and when requested cancellation and refund the would not refund.

Excited for my book
Well… I am excited to get my book and I added the hard copy version! But I gave my experience a 4 bc during my purchase, I had to say “NO THANKS” to too many solicitations for other items. Also, I expected “Advanced Tricks” to be in real book form. I am not good with downloads and I would LOVE a book in hand. Thank you.

I like the original offer. The extras just were so much. Giving out the info later is better, IMO. Right now $80.00 was enough, all the added was just over the top.

Absolute scam! Don’t buy into the bespoke approach. The book is a joke and very rude customer support. They will not refund even if nothing has been used and so far took off around 200 pounds.
