Don’t buy anything from this company. They use predatory tactics and then don’t want to refund the money. I bought the book, it comes with an app “trial”, that I forgot and immediately when charged, I sent message. They said the documentation they provide says there is no refund, that is nowhere in my receipt. To make it even worst, I had a second charge of 99 dollars for 1 on 1 coaching. I’m 100% sure that I didn’t accept any of the add-ons in my purchase, because the book on itself is already expensive. When I went to check the email with my order, as expected, there was no coaching subscription there. Then I see that same day, almost at the same time, they sent a second email with a totally different order number, with a 1 on 1 coaching subscription. The best evidence that I didn’t even know about this second order is that I haven’t access the “coaching” in a month after my purchase, so they could see clearly that what I’m saying is true, but is a dishonest company. If this was a selected add-on, why wouldn’t it be in the same order? I sent them another email asking for clarification and showing them what I found and the items that were actually listed in my order, then they stopped responding my emails. They literally stole 130 dollars from my account, after I paid around 90 for the initial purchase.

Edit: The merchant response is totally contrary to the attitude they show over email. I’ve had been emailing with them the entire day before recurring to public forums. They claim their terms were explicit in the email, they were not, I had one order confirmation email that had no price of subscription, no refund policy or terms and conditions. I had a second email that went to my promotions folder, because is not even identified as an order confirmation, for the second order of coaching, and also doesn’t have any terms or refund policy. After leaving this response, they sent me an email with their terms and conditions, now, after they stole my money. They leave these candid responses here claiming they are working on improving their clarity, but on email they double down and lie saying they were transparent and they won’t refund the money. They literally stole from me $130.98 today, and still have the audacity to use my message to appear honest. Don’t but for this company, if at the end you will end up paying this much, pay it to your local dog trainer.

This company engages in deceptive subscription practices. During the checkout process for purchasing a book, customers are automatically opted into a “free” app subscription through manipulative design tactics, often without realizing it. There is no clear, transparent disclosure, and no follow-up email confirming the subscription or reminding customers before it renews which are standard and expected practices from ethical companies, which they are not.

Within the app itself, there is no clearly visible indication of an active subscription, renewal date, upcoming charge, or a simple way to cancel independently. If you miss the fine print during checkout, you’re likely to discover the subscription only after receiving an unexpected $30 charge.

While customer service will cancel the subscription upon request, refunds are denied under the company’s stated “policies.” Despite receiving hundreds of complaints over the past year regarding these practices, the company has made no meaningful effort to improve transparency or the user experience. Leadership continues to dismiss concerns, insisting they are “doing enough,” while knowingly benefiting from a system that confuses and misleads customers.

This approach prioritizes profit over transparency and consumer trust. I recommend filing complaints with BBB.

They will reply to this review with a seemingly heart felt response apologizing while also inferring somehow that I am the problem instead of taking ownership and accountability and improving their deceptive ways, it’s a shame really.

Scammed bank account with a monthly charge for a 1-time book purchase.

It would have been better if you didn't have all of the offers at the end. It changes it from a great experience to one that suggests that you just want more money. Too in your face.

Very easy to find your needs for your dog.
Training my dog at $80 VS $364 in group training, and I don't have to drive into town. This is perfect for us !

I was unaware the total cost that appears once you do the quiz doesn’t include the hard copy of the book only the ebook & app. I only found that information once the payment was submitted. It would be good to advise the additional cost earlier on especially when prior to payment being finalised, the 3 boxes that were ticked informing you of what your purchase will be covering, includes the hard copy of the book.

Only purchased book and have had several charges after for $46 x 3 unfortunately it’s all AI and there is no ability to get a refund. I never agreed to ongoing subscription and after 26 emails all with same response there is a message stating this. It’s a scam.

After a month I bought the book for my sister, I was surprised to see a unauthurized charge in my bank account in the amount of $30.99. I never agreed to this, which looks/seems like a monthly subscription. Like I said this was unauthorized and without a written agreement. Specifically this charge, which means it is scam. I would like a full refund for this amount charge. I already filed a complain with my bank 02/04/2026 (Wed) and shared it with my friends and family. I am very disappointed and disgusted with this.

The book itself is oke and the ordering process went very smoothly. Watch out though for the so called free extra's. After a month it automatically turns into a paid subscription to use the app. It's also very costly. $30 per month to use a app to register you activities.

Too many steps to get the book. I wanted the book but not all the other ways you want me to buy more.
